Step right onto Sunset Trail (1 block away) and you’re on the Airport Loop Trail— one of Sedona’s best hikes with 360° red-rock views and no parking hassle.

Head 3 blocks down the road onto Carroll Canyon trailhead’s popular moderate mountain-biking trails of Pyramid + Scorpion (and access to Secret Slickrock, Oak Creek, and Crescent Moon Ranch creek spots).

This is a very nicely appointed and well-kept community of manufactured homes. The house itself is also a manufactured home, and the whole neighborhood is incredibly safe. Sometimes kids will be playing outside, other times neighbors will be going for walks.

Everyone here are long-time locals who have been here for many years and are deeply rooted in the community.

They’re so kind and genuinely “local” — they’re what make Sedona feel like the real Sedona! Your neighbors right across the street even own and run Tortas de Fuego, the amazing Mexican restaurant just 3 minutes up the road!

Well-behaved pets are welcome with a paid pet fee. The fenced yard gives them space to roam and the neighborhood is calm and walkable.

Pet fees apply and they must be listed on the reservation with any applicable fees aid in order for them to be welcome to stay. Please keep the space clean and comfortable for the guests who arrive after you.

There is a security camera at the entrance of the house facing the driveway and side entrances of the house.

We’re proud of our authentic, friendly local neighborhood — and part of that charm is that the dogs next door occasionally come outside to play and may bark for a short time.

Your neighbor strictly follows Sedona’s town noise ordinance, so any barking is limited to no more than 10 continuous minutes. Most guests are used to circumstances like this but we wanted to mention it so you know exactly what to expect.
