Our desire was to stay in a property that was centrally located to the hikes we wanted to complete in Oak Creek Canyon as well as Sedona area. The location was perfect for our goals!!

Beautiful view of the night sky. Quiet and relaxing stay. Definitely coming back again .
SCENIC SEDONA! Great location - rustic but had everything we needed!
This property was perfect for our family! It is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona, but definitely fantastic to be out of the congestion of the town and up in the mountains! The view and property was incredible! How many other locations can say they offer a private waterfall right on the premises? This would be the perfect location for a family reunion or rustic wedding as there are several cabins to rent all in a row. We loved it!
Spent a long weekend celebrating my mother’s birthday. Location was ideal. Bed was comfortable. Loved the private creek option. Patio was comfortable. Grill was great. Waterfall private grassy area was lovely. Kitchen wad small for us and minimally equipped since we cook every meal at home, but we made it work. We had a good time and will likely book again in the future.

Super attentive staff and virtual check in. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
Property was very accessible , clean, and great communication with the manager. Close to slide rock state park, and quaint cafe nearby. Great price and great amenities.
No contact from the host-or the host's management company. I reached out several times for the check-in instructions to no avail. Driving into Sedona, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a VRBO rep and they couldn't reach anyone either. I had to book a hotel for my family at the last minute. Still waiting for my refund.
Listing was exactly as the pictures show. The views are beautiful! Cozy stay and about 10 mins away from downtown Sedona. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that would be my only complaint.
This was the perfect base camp for my family to relax and rest after a day of hiking and exploring! We used the hot plates to make breakfast and worked great! This was a nice middle point between Phoenix and Grand canyon for us to explore and hike the area without having to make long road trips with kids!
This property does not disappoint. It’s very true to the website and the suave is ideal for families with kids. The property has beautiful scenery and it’s location is prime to all park entrances. Great location!!!
The cabin was very clean and it is equipped with everything necessary to stay in and dine. Iits a very pleasant stay, I highly recommend staying here.

The bathroom smelled and none of the windows were locked when we arrived. It didn’t feel very secure and the beds were VERY soft. We spent most of our time out in Sedona but I would recommend staying somewhere else.
This was an absolutely wonderful getaway! We had our two young children, grandmother and my spouse and I. The back of the cabin was a literal VERTICAL CLIFF - GEORGOUS. We visited after a fresh snow and felt completely surrounded by nature. Our girls built a snowman and we were just minutes from downtown! And woke up our final morning and drove just a HALF MILE down the road to enjoy Slide Rock State Park! SO, SO, WONDERFUL!
Everything was sooo easy to do it almost makes you think you’re missing a step but you’re not! The host is really communicative and sweet. I asked if they could maybe leave a happy birthday note for my sister, only if they could…they got a whole cake with her name and a balloon! Definitely coming back for sure!
Great little place close to everything Sedona. So much better than a hotel. Not a single complaint from the entire family. One little note. We always travel with water to drink. Bring some. Ice too if use it. There is a note on the wall to boil the tap water if you are going to drink it. They have a coffee maker (and coffee) that boils water if you need to. Would certainly stay there again.

Satisfactory but...
The address was misleading as there is only one block of cabins off the highway with this address. Also the cabin property mgmt group on the sign was different from the one we booked with on-line. Again, very confusing.
I searched for clean properties and got this place in my results. Though the beds and bathroom were clean, the couches were fully worn out and stained (I didn't want to sit there with shorts on), and the dust on the second and third kitchen shelves, and night stand (plus remotes) was thick.
Also, the water had a SERIOUS level of bacteria in the area and I was notified via email to boil the water if we were going to consume. I didn't check email until the next day after we arrived. A text message for something this critical was essential.
Last note, we had a 4pm check in so they could clean the rooms. We and one other guest were the only ones there so the late check in for a not so clean room was unwarranted. If I had paid the extra 35 USD for early arrival with the room in that condition I would have been writing a much worse review but three extra hours wait for a clean? room?
Ok, good news, bed was comfortable, though on wobbly metal frame. Beautiful area.
Not impressed though. The price after all said and done was way more than I spend on a nice hotel.

Childish owner doesn't deserve your hard-earned money
We called the owner with concerns because we were the only ones on the property and felt weirded out by it. My husband was in a bad mood because the AC was horrible, and we just didn't like the overall vibe.
Maybe we were being ridiculous about being the only people on-site, but the owner openly mocked my concerns, which didn't make me feel good about her receiving my money.
I don't prefer to do business with people who are rude and sarcastic.
We asked for a refund, which she declined, her voice tinged with anger for no apparent reason.
An extraordinarily illogical conversation ensued, after which I said I'd write a scathing review, to which she replied, —
"And I'll tell them you were afraid of the dark."
I mean — is this really how someone in the hospitality industry should act? I think not.
We packed up our stuff and hightailed it to Enchantment, which was 10x classier and not that much more expensive.
I would NOT recommend this establishment for those who wish to be treated with respect and appreciation when spending their hard-earned money.
