THE SPACE

The Doodlebug House is a spacious four-bedroom home designed for families and groups who want room to relax, reconnect and enjoy Sedona together.

The home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms plus a convenient outdoor bathroom, comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated game room. Large windows showcase the surrounding red rocks and bring Sedona's scenery indoors.

The primary bedroom features a California King bed, private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and a private balcony with beautiful red rock views.

Three additional bedrooms provide three more comfortable sleeping spaces, including two California King beds and one Queen bed. Premium Nest Bedding mattresses and Brooklinen bedding help make winding down after a day of adventure especially comfortable.

The game room offers an 8-foot Brunswick pool table, An Arcade game, 60-inch 4K Smart TV—perfect for some friendly competition or a relaxed evening at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with cooking oil, spices, condiments and pantry essentials provided. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard is where The Doodlebug House really shines.

Take a refreshing swim in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, or lounge beneath the covered cabana while enjoying the incredible Sedona scenery. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee.

Challenge your family or friends to a round of putting on the private putting green, then fire up the Weber gas BBQ for an outdoor dinner. Multiple decks and outdoor seating areas give you plenty of options for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation and sunset gatherings.

There's also a fire table for enjoying the evening as the temperature cools and the stars begin to appear.

Pool toys, floats and life jackets are provided for additional outdoor fun.
