Quail Hollow Retreat

Ever wish you could live in a National Park? That’s the way you'll feel at Quail Hollow Retreat. The house is nestled up against the mountains in Jack’s Canyon–a short 5 min drive to the charming Village of Oak Creek. Some of the best day hiking/biking in the world are minutes away. End your days on one of the 3 decks or in the back yard area which features a gas grill & fire table.
Your home starts with an arched gateway into a beautiful courtyard with fountain and solar lighting. The open concept living area features cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with gas stove, center island, large dining table and living area with remote controlled electric fireplace and large screen TV. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.

The Living Room seats 6. You'll have Direct TV with 100's of channels, a DVD player with many discs and games for family nights.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 large closets, cable TV a master bathroom and separate exit onto the West facing deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, cable TV and it's own vanity and shower. The living room has a pull out sofa.

Downstairs there is a large Laundry room.

The backyard area is sloped and terraced and filled with trees to provide shade. You'll have a corn hole set for family gaming. There is also a gas fire table, a bench seat and several chairs for enjoying the incredible night skies.

The 3 decks face East, North and West. All decks have patio furniture. The front deck boasts a brand new patio set with seating for 8 to 10 people. Combined the 3 decks offer a total of 22 outdoor seats and 4 tables. The West deck has a gas grill.. Follow the sun or enjoy the shade.

Sedona is well known for its great day hiking - with trails for all abilities and stunning vistas. The mountain biking is excellent - you can ride to the trails from the local rental store. There are also 2 superb golf courses less than 10 minutes away with incredible red rock views. If you are a wildlife enthusiast, the birding is incredible. We've had deer, bunnies, javalinas and coyotes at our property. and also seen bald eagles nearby. The Oak Creek is about 12 minutes away with a great swimming hole.

If you are a shopper, there are many great places in and around Sedona.

The whole house is yours to enjoy.

We live very nearby and are available should any issues arise.

You'll be 5 minutes to the Village of Oak Creek which has a nice new supermarket, coffee shops and dining options. Sedona is about 20 minutes to the north with additional shopping and dining options.

Sedona Shuttle (new in Spring 2022)
Due to limited parking at some of the more popular hiking spots, there is now a shuttle that runs on Thursdays to Sundays to Cathedral Rock, Devils Bridge and Soldiers Pass trailheads. For pickup points and timetables, details can be found at Sedonashuttle.com
