Comfortable, artistically decorated house surrounded by the red rocks. Conveniently located yet has the feel of a remote, private setting. Would definitely stay here again.
This home was a great discovery for our family. We went for hiking in Sedona and having the house with the window walls for views of sunrise and sunset was a pleasure. The wrap around porch provided a nice panoramic view. It was a tad cool during early may but we still enjoyed a couple days of the pool. The kitchen is well stocked, already had basic necessities and there is a gas grill for cookouts. Would love to stay again if visiting the area!
The house is amazing with incredible views regardless of where you look. Well stocked house with all amenities you could ask for including a collection of games, plenty of outdoor places to sit an enjoy the views, clean pool...
Sedona is a really cute area with lots to do.
My wife and I both remarked that the location and property were "Heaven on Earth". The octagon home was very clean and we felt safe. The wrap-around deck was incredible as well as the pool. We were able to take walks each day because the area was really safe and picturesque. We loved it!
Absolutely loved staying here. House was very clean and management was easy and wonderful to deal with. Very responsive. The views were magnificent! Loved watching the birds every morning and playing in the pool. Only critique is certain parts of the house could use a little updating.
If you are looking to stay in the most unique rental with the most spectacular views from the second story wraparound porch, this is the place! The unique circular design affords views of the red rocks out of 6 floor to ceiling windows and doors. Incredibly private, the heated pool was an added plus. Although a bit dated, the place was spotless. Nowhere will you find a better place to stay. We celebrated 25 years of marriage in the most beautiful spot imaginable. Foothills Management was outstanding. So, if you’re looking for an amazing experience, unlike any other, rent this flying saucer shaped home. It’s out of this world!
I LOVE this house! Everything about it. The spot, the views. It’s perfectly dated in all the right ways, you feel like you are in a wonderful time warp. You can walk to ‘downtown’. We can walk to some great trails, as well. It’s perfect.
We had such a good time at this house. The views are amazing. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The pool area was a nice elarea to sit outside and visit with the family and watch the wildlife. We saw a HUGE deer walk across the hillside behind the house and we also saw javelinas and lots of birds. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this private oasis. The location couldn't have been better - tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from everything we wanted to do. The layout of the house provided great privacy, with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautiful pool area and lovely landscaping. However, be aware that the pool isn't heated, which made it too chilly for swimming during our visit. While the house was comfortable and clean, it's definitely showing its age. The kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and furnishings could use updating - they're functional but dated. Older fixtures throughout give the house a bit of a tired feel.

Hard to say
We had our ups & downs with this property. Views are great, location was great. We did see more than a few spiders & my daughter woke up with one on her face one morning. My other daughter was bit on the back of her neck. We know this time of year they are more prominent but try telling that to kids. We’ll be back to Sedona just won’t be back to this house.
We stayed at the Manzanitas house in November 2024, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The house’s unique octagonal design is intriguing, and it retains many of its charming 1970s features in the best way. The layout is practical and versatile, making it ideal for two or three couples traveling together, or for parents staying on the top floor while children enjoy the lower floor.
The blinds are thoughtfully designed, allowing you to easily adjust the sunlight and temperature throughout the day. The house was spotless, and everything worked perfectly, reflecting the care and attention given to the property.
But the highlight of this property is undoubtedly the breathtaking views. The house is designed to take full advantage of its surroundings, with numerous comfortable sitting areas that let you admire the scenery from every perspective. The mule deer that wander through around sundown are an added treat!
Its location is another bonus—a short walk to the Javelina Trail and Uptown Sedona makes it convenient for hiking and exploring. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this gem of a retreat!
Our first impressions of this 1970’s / 80’s house was that it showed its age, but that passed as soon as we watched the first sunset from the panoramic floor to ceiling windows and wrap-around deck of the second level.
The kitchen cabinets housed every possible amenity, utensil and need. The showers were strong and reliable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with crisp, new sheets.
Sitting at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this property was a walk (albeit a considerable one) to the heart of Sedona’s uptown district.
This property is professionally managed, so there’s very little warm and fuzzy here. However the company is a well-oiled machine that left specific, detailed instructions, crystal-clear expectations and nothing to question.
Finally, they were extremely reasonable in their check-out requirements, which vary from property to property and can jaundice one’s final impression. They don’t “pile on” with strange or unreasonable exit chores which can make a final day “cleaning day”.
If you are looking at this house for your Sedona stay, you should look no further
This place is all about the views and if you are lucky you might see/hear some coyotes come through the neighboorhood just before dark from the nearby trails and Cococino National Forest. We were also lucky to spot an Arizona Blonde Tarantula on the concrete path down the front yard just after dark using flashlights.
The house is incredible; the location is perfect; the views are extraordinary!!! Five adults fit perfectly in this gem of a house. Words can't do justice to how glorious the world is around it. There are trails just beyond the bottom of the driveway, and everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes. The fireplaces worked well for chilly nights and the pool was perfect for hot days. The house is spotless from top to bottom, and we had everything we needed - towels, blankets, dishes, even coffee and seasonings. I sincerely hope we can return someday. It's all that.
