*Pool is not able to be heated when outside low temperatures are below 55 degrees. Spa is able to be heated year round.*

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Wonderful views and location!

This was our second year at Indian Cliffs Retreat and it was just as perfect as our first visit. We all loved the home, the set up of everything and just loved having the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck watching the hot air balloons go up. It was just magnificent.

Sedona Stay

First time visiting Sedona and logistically excellent place to stay and convenient to visit many of the sites around Sedona. The location was just North of Village of Oak Creek and adjacent to Bell Rock and Cathedral sites. Excellent facility for us!!

Fantasic place to stay!

The house is gorgeous, with huge windows, mountain views, pool, hot tub, and game/tv room. There was so much space for a family stay. It was very clean - the master bath looked brand new.It was a great location with restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute drive, and some great hikes within 10-15 minutes as well.Great location to get to

Sedona spring break

We enjoyed the stay. The house is comfortable and has everything we needed. The pool heater didn’t work during our stay because the air temperature was too cold, but the hot tub was great after our hikes.

Best retreat

My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. The home is beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen. It was great to spend time in the pool at the end of the day. And it’s close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely visit here again!

Wonderful Sedona Vacation Home

We were thrilled with our vacation home in Sedona. The home had a lot of “hidden gem” surprises indoors and out. We had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including at the large kitchen table. We loved the multiple outdoor patio spaces and the game room.

Indian Cliffs Vaca

We had a great time and a very nice stay at Indian Cliffs. The pool and hot tub were nice after long days of hiking! Plenty of room for 7 adults. There are trails nearby to hike and the views are beautiful! Quick drive to downtown Sedona! We even had a family of javelinas in the yard next door! Overall we had a great time! Thank you! Angel S

Great spot for Sedona weekend

My husband and I spent a long weekend with another couple. Large well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms to spread out and relax. Pool and spa were great! Sunset, night views from balcony, red rocks right outside our windows! Close to town but far enough away - garage and driveway parking was ample.

Sedona spectacular

The location and management take top billing. We enjoyed the ease with which we were able to reach someone and the ease with which we could access trails without getting in the car. The house is beautiful and well appointed.

Paradise in Sedona

Views out every window, in a quiet neighborhood, in easy driving distance to everything wonderful. We loved being on this side of Sedona. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The home is clean and beautifully decorated, with many special touches. It has a wine fridge, wet bar, and large kitchen fridge—so many extras and space to spread out for entertaining on a perfect vacation.

Great home in great neighborhood

We didn’t get to stay the entire time as we had a family emergency but we will return. The pool with waterfall was beautiful and refreshing. The views were gorgeous and walking the neighborhood was quiet and full of natural beauty. The house had plenty of room to host a larger group and was equipped with all you’d need.

Beautiful Home

Home is in a perfect location within a couple of miles of the Sedona shopping and restaurants. Everything in the house is well done and comfortable. The back yard is beautiful & private. We ate in one night and found the kitchen well stocked. Had a minor issue with the kitchen faucet and the management company communicated well regarding the repair. Overall excellent home

Fantastic stay

Overall, the property was exceptional. Would add more toilet paper, garbage can liners, clarity around recycle and trash pick up. Would have been nice to have had salt and pepper. We didn't use the pool or hot tub so cannot comment on those. Loved seeing the quail and javelina walking the neighborhood. Very quiet area but close to everything!

Seminar Stay

In Sedona for a seminar. Home was perfect location and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful surroundings. Hot tub was wonderful after days of seminar and sightseeing. Light switches and other electronics were very well marked. Recommendations given for restaurants in booklet were welcomed and very good.

This vacation was an incredible experience for the three of us. The house was incredible - just incredible and would rent it again without a doubt. It was fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The house was immaculate in every room. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice. The ouside appearance of the house was breathtaking as well as the neighborhood. Our entire vacation from start to finsh was beyond a fabulous experience. Thank you!!

Great location and property

Our group really enjoyed the vacation rental- the location was ideal- only a few mins drive from uptown Sedona and close to many hikes. There was enough room in the house for 8 of us to be spread out comfortably. The pool table was a huge hit. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking gear and everything labeled well. The views are amazing. The pool looked great, though we couldn’t really use it as it was still cold in March. I’ve already told a lot of my friends about this rental and would stay again. Thanks for the comfortable, well appointed house.
