Top Sedona Hotel Reviews

Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff! Concierge was very helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations and he was more than happy to share his favorites. We arrived early and was able to check-in since the room was ready. This was a huge plus!!! A very cute town on the southern point but be aware that most restaurants close by 7pm. We didn’t get a chance to venture around the property as we got back too late to hit the hot tub. Can’t wait to go back as we were only there for 1.5 days. "

Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit
8/10 Good
"Pools were great, sinks all drained very slowly and you cannot stream on the TV Room was very dark. But overall it was fine and a good value If you are in Sedona you shouldn’t be inside anyway "

Arabella Hotel Sedona
10/10 Excellent
"We had a perfect stay at Arabella Hotel Sedona.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Zarahi at the front desk was so warm and kind, and even helped us check in early, which we really appreciated after a long travel day.
The pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the breakfast offers great, healthy options. Everything felt thoughtfully done.
One of our favorite touches was the live music at night by the bonfires. As the weather cooled down, staff even brought out warm blankets—such a small detail, but it made the experience feel really special.
The staff truly think of everything here. Highly recommend!"

Bell Rock Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Check in and out experience was very simple! David, the maintenance guy, was an absolutely wonderful person when I came to the office to get help for being locked out of my room and the security lock was somehow locked from the inside. You’ve got a good one there! Keep him. The Concierge was over the top pushy but I do understand he is a sales guy."

Courtyard by Marriott Sedona
4/10 Poor
"Overall, this stay was disappointing due to multiple operational and service issues:
1. Parking is charged at $25 per night, which feels unreasonable given the overall experience.
2. Laundry facilities are inconvenient—guests must download an app and preload at least $10. Each wash and dry costs $3, and any remaining balance cannot be refunded.
3. Cellular signal is extremely weak to non-existent. Guests have to rely entirely on the hotel’s WiFi.
4. Housekeeping is only provided every two days, and even then, basic items like toilet paper and tissues were not replenished after running out.
5. The most frustrating issue was with breakfast. Our reservation clearly included breakfast for two, but no vouchers were provided at check-in. The next morning, we were told vouchers were required. When we returned to the front desk, staff initially insisted breakfast was not included. Only after a supervisor intervened and checked a separate record were the vouchers finally issued. This reflects poor internal communication.
6. We also left a $5 tip for housekeeping, but the service was still incomplete—items were not replaced, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It is unclear whether this was related to staffing, process issues, or something else, but the outcome was below expectations.
Overall, the experience showed a lack of coordination, consistency, and attention to detail."
