  • Experience luxury in the heart of Sedona! This brand-new modern retreat features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and stunning 360° red rock views from the upstairs deck. Walk to restaurants, trails, and groceries, with Uptown just minutes away. Relax by the firepit or soak in the hot tub while stargazing over Coffee Pot Rock, Sugarloaf, and Thunder Mountain for an unforgettable Sedona escape.
    Not to exceed maximum occupancy of 18 guests total
    No parties or events allowed.
    No smoking allowed.
    No unregistered guests allowed.
    Please respect the noise curfew.
    Pets are welcome in our home (maximum of 2 pets at $90 per pet).
    Please respect check-in and checkout times.
    Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
    Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
    Please do your dishes.
    Please take the trash out before you leave.
    No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
    Please turn off the Game Room AC when not in use and keep the temperature above 70°F
    **Left over belonging**
    - If any items are left behind, we’re happy to ship them back for the cost of shipping plus a $50 handling fee. Any unclaimed belongings will be donated after 2 weeks
