This is our second stay at the Prickly Pear and we will return again and again! The space is amazing and well designed, plenty of room to spread out, hang out in the yard, enjoy a meal cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, with comfy beds and deluxe ensuites. The hosts have thought of everything one needs to have a wonderful stay and their communication was great! We can't wait to return! Thanks so much to Avril and Anastasia!

Amazing place with beautiful amenities!

Our stay in Sedona was made that much better by staying here! From before the booking process to our last moments there, it was seamless and wonderful. The house is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable, and it’s very close to so many things but also very quiet. We will def be back!

Fantastic place!!

Prickly Pear hit it out of the park! Super clean, all the amenities you could ask for and great central location to all the sites and hiking trails. The casita was a plus offering our family with a baby quiet and privacy. Highly recommend this home!!

Awesome Neighborhood

This place is very beautiful and quite neighborhood area. We really enjoyed this house and feel very short time. It feels like to be stay longer here. Especially kitchen is good with all required tools

Girls Weekend

Wonderful first trip to Sedona! Great location within a shirt drive to downtown Sedona. Close to all the wonderful restaurants the area has yo offer. Beautiful home that was very welcoming! Would definitely come back again!

Vacation with grown kids

We enjoyed a week at the Prickly Pear VRBO with our two grown kids, spouses and one grandbaby. The three king suites were perfect for our needs. One concern w/ the hot tub was immediately addressed. The neighborhood was quiet, pleasant for walking, and yet so close to restaurants, grocery, hiking and a fun distillery. The unit was nicely supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Great house for friends

Came to Sedona with a group of friends - this place was perfect! Spacious, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and sauna and a very cool game room in the garage. Pretty close to good food as well. The attention to detail with decor was appreciated. Overall would stay again!

Stunning Home

We stayed here with some friends for a weekend of fun and shopping. The residence was stunning inside and the over garage casita was as well. The home was located close to great restaurants, hiking trails, shopping and a frisbee golf course. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sedona.

Fantastic Home

We were a group of six friends (3 couples). Spent 5 days hiking in Sedona. The house is perfect. Lots of open space to cook and be together. But privacy with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor space as well. Well appointed home with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable, felt brand new. Avril was so nice and responsive. We couldn’t have been happier here!

Prickly Pear Paradise

The house and amenities were perfect and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were super comfortable, water pressure was excellent, and the outdoor area and ping pong was super fun! The location was great and close to hiking and to the stores we needed. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone coming to Sedona looking for a classy place with plenty for everyone!

Great family vacation

Avril was wonderful to work with through the whole process. The home is within walking distance of Sedonuts (a cute coffee/donut shop), reaturants and grocery stores. Well stocked kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and appreciated private Casita above garage. The game room was a big hit with the grandkids. Overall, a nice stay.

Prickly Pear Perfection

The house was beautifully decorated down to went detail. The casita made it easy to spread out with TVs in every room. Very close to restaurants, stores, etc. the recommended hikes and outings were wonderful. Thanks to Avril for making this first family trip to Sedona absolutely amazing!

Perfection!!

This house was perfect for our getaway with friends. Every extra detail was thought of: lovely shower soaps, bath soaks, beverages, coffee and creamer, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels - and the mattresses! I actually pealed back the sheets to try and see what brand they are because they are awesome!! The outdoor lounge area with fire table was a favorite afternoon resting place. We all loved this spot—super close to trail heads and great dinner spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and well appointed!

We had three couples stay for three nights and the house was great. The house is well maintained and well appointed! Actual house & amenities are as good or better than the pics/description on vrbo. Good communication with property manager. *the only minor thing is the barn doors to the two bedrooms (main house)....although they look nice, they really don't provide much in terms of privacy (noise, light from kitchen/family room) but this is a very minor point - we would stay at this house again.

Outstanding!

Immaculately clean house. A dedicated Vrbo, not someones home. Every amenity was thought of -- hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the huge showers, coffee supplies, maps and restaurant suggestions, nice towels and bed linens, lots of extra blankets, etx. Hot tub and patio firepit were great, too. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend it.

Prickly Pear is Perfect!

Everything about this home is amazing! The best stocked short-stay home I've stayed in! All details more than covered - towels, TP, pots pans and plates....enough pantry basics to create a meal you'll love. Everything working well, instructions in the guide are accurate, BUT the best part.... The BEDS are the best....the best sleeps ever! I cannot say enough good things about this property - indoor and outdoor are just perfect and the manager Avril is very helpful! I brought a client here for a VIP deep dive weekend and we are both planning to bring family and friends back - the casita makes it easy to do that! You won't be disappointed!

A great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home in Sedona. We loved that this home was close to all activities but still quiet! We enjoyed the outdoor space and used each night of our trip! We loved the kitchen fully stocked with appliances, cookware, etc! We used for breakfast each morning before hitting the trails! We loved the king-sized beds and that each bedroom had a private bath. This was perfect for our three couples on this friend trip! The extras like shampoo, body soap, conditioner, and detergent for washer and dryer was very much appreciated!! The owners provided a list of recommended restaurants, trails, things to do, plus a trailhead map that was a great plus as well! We had a small hiccup with check-in and with our living room TV, but owner was very responsive and provided immediate attention to these! Things happen, and we understand this, and we greatly appreciated the prompt attention we received! We would stay in this home again and will recommend!! This home provided a very welcoming atmosphere and decor, inside and out!!

Extremely clean, All the amenities, GREAT Location!!!

We looked at a lot of VRBO's; it was a tough decision with so many options in Sedona. So many times, you choose one, only to have something you wish you would have changed. Not this one. Communication with the host was excellent. Property was exceptionally clean. The layout and decor was perfect. Kitchen was stocked better than any other VRBO we've stayed at. We are an active family and do a lot outside. There is no shortage of things to do in Sedona, from renting UTV's, hiking, shopping, and the restaurants are awesome...but we also like to cook, so this property was perfect. The main house is spacious and open; what's unique, is there is another full living space above the garage with kitchenette. So if you need a private space for another few folks, it works perfect. Garage has ping pong and games with TV. Outside includes a hot tub, sauna and large sectional with propane powered fire pit. Whole Foods is nearby and plenty of other grocery stores. Host also provides recommended activities, restaurants and hiking. Fall and winter would be better for hiking but during hot months, Slide Rock & Oak Creek are awesome for catching rays and cooling off. We stayed from Tuesday thru Saturday and it was the perfect amount of time to check off all the boxes. I think that everyone should take at least one trip to Sedona in their lifetime. It's a magical place, that if you allow it, will take you away from the hustle and bustle that life brings.
