The heart of the home is its vaulted great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame Sedona’s iconic red rocks and natural light floods every corner. Fully renovated with modern finishes and stylish furnishings, the living area features a stone fireplace and plush seating for cozy evenings. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, marble counters, and a custom coffee station, flowing into an elegant dining space and outdoor deck for meals with a view.

Bedroom 1 (Main level): King bed, ensuite bath, TV.
Bedroom 2 (Main level): King bed, ensuite bath, TV.
Bedroom 3 (Lowest level): King bed + sofa bed, ensuite bath, TV.
Bedroom 4 (Lower level): Queen bed, shares hallway bath.
Bedroom 5 (Main level): Two twin beds, shares hallway bath.

With 7 total beds, this home provides ample space for groups while ensuring everyone has comfort and privacy.

Pickleball court (Currently not pained, will be painted in the next couple weeks).

Guests will have access to the entire property except for our cleaners storage closet.

We are not located on site but are available as needed.

Nestled in peaceful West Sedona, the home offers privacy while keeping you close to hiking trails, scenic drives, shops, and restaurants.

Car is recommended for traveling in Sedona. Uber & Lyft services are limited in the area.

Parking is available in the driveway up to 4-5 cars. No Street Parking.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
