Heavenly 1 BR Suite in the Heart of West Sedona

You'll love our big bright airy 1 BR apartment on a quiet street in the heart of West Sedona. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and hiking. Enjoy the covered porch and large courtyard with tables, chairs, gas grill, and fire pit. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed, leather sofa, and desk/work station. The living room has a pull-out sofa and big screen TV with Roku. A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook complete meals. The washer & dryer are nice for longer stays.

The space
* The apartment is a very nice in-law suite on the front of our home. It is completely separate from our living space and you will have your own private parking space and entrance.
* There is a see-through gas fireplace from both the living room and the bedroom, HOWEVER IT IS NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING.
* There is no smoking inside the house, but smoking on the porch or in the courtyard is fine.

Great Sedona Get Away

Enjoyed our stay for the week! Great location and views. Lots of good restaurants and hikes super close. Only 2 out of 7 days the main house was rented out. Walls are thin but overall very easy stay.

Cozy spot near everything

The location was right in the heart of west sedona. I loved being able to see all the mountains from the patio, and just a short walk up the street is a beautiful panoramic view. Bed was clean and comfortable. Great spot for me & mom to stay for the week!

The stay was great overall! It was very easy to get to and good spot in west Sedona! The place was just perfect and exactly what I needed for the days I was there! Quick trip

Location was great. Check in simple. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Suggestion need a new coffee pot, dish towels and spong or dish cloth would be helpful as well as new pots and pans, since Teflon is peeling. Some new throw pillows since those on couch are worn.

Great location

Very clean. Could update on kitchen small appliances. Broken wine opener. Takes 30 minutes to brew 1 pot of coffee. Able to walk to great restaurants.

Quiet, convenient and nice view of the stars

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kitchen amenities, comfortable bed and space. Waited a little bit for responses from host on inquiry I sent, but he provided good recommendations. Informed him that the reclining chairs on patio that were on listing were not present, and there was no wood for the fire pit. Otherwise everything went smoothly and unit was very comfortable.

Nice place in fantastic area

We were happy with our stay here. The neighborhood is fantastic - felt very safe and was so cool to pull out and head toward the main street with the gorgeous red rocks in the fairly near distance. The unit is nice. Could use some paint touch-up. Bedroom is large with a great king bed. Kitchen is small but workable. Connor was very responsive to a few questions we had. The issue that others have mentioned about tenants in the other unit is true - walls very thin. But its workable. We would stay here again.

Sedona Apartment

The location is great and the property was clean, with only a few minor things needing repair. We were told wash cloths would be delivered but they never were. The other part of the house is also a rental. The walls are paper thin and it was very noisy when others were staying there. Overall, the property was nice if you don't mind the noise.

Staying in Sedona

The location is ideal. It's right off the main drag in a quiet neighborhood. No trouble sleeping. The views are blocked somewhat by trees. There was plenty of room. We were not able to tune into NBC for the Sunday night football without signing up for some subscription plan so we missed the game. Having the washer/dryer AND laundry soap and dryer sheets was great since we are on an extended trip. Thanks so much!

I was expecting something smaller. Lots of room, except maybe the parking spot. The spot will only fit a small vehicle, but thats ok (I had a small one) you can park on the street too, so no issue. Very nice. I spent 3 nights. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is nearby. Great sky view. I saw many things. Neighbor across the street had a carport light that came on any time a car went by (which wasnt much) but thats annoying when you are sitting outside at night. Minor distraction.

The house was clean and bed was comfortable. .No coffee at all. No where to hang wet towels in bathroom except over the shower rod. Toilet very low . Sofa very uncomfortable in livingroom. Also a suggestion to put something on the glass of the slider as we had two people walk into it.

Beautiful Location, but note it's a shared home.

This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect for the views, access to shopping and anything you would want to do while in Sedona. Very nice quiet residential neighborhood. Note that this isn't a true "VRBO" in that you are sharing a house with other people. There is the main house and an attached one bedroom suite that shares a wall and two doors with the main house. Our first visit, the main house was not rented out and it was very quiet. This visit, we had the first two days to ourselves, but then on the 3rd day, a large party arrived for the main house. Our first encounter with the other occupants was two very big dogs barking and jumping up on one of the adjoining doors. We thought the dogs were going to break through the door. Also several of the guests tried opening a locked door (behind the laundry area in our suite). Maybe that door needs a note on it on the main house side. We were fortunate that after 10pm the other guests did quiet down, but on the first night they were there they had a get together and since the adjoining wall is thin, we could hear everything they said.

Lovely small apartment, large bedroom with very comfy king bed, washer and dryer, small but workable kitchen. Outside patio with grill and fire pit very nice. Sliding screen door at entrance fell off immediately. Emailed to let them know, no reply. It remained leaning against the patio chair for the 11 nights we stayed there. Closet in bedroom smelled awful, could not hang our clothing inside the closet. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet that seemed to be the source of the locker room odor. Carpet in bedroom needs shampooing. Vacuuming needed under the couches. Discovered this while doing floor/yoga exercises… oops. Other small repairs were needed, I.e., saddle into bedroom became dislodged as screws were placed into already stripped holes. Despite the above, location was excellent, nights full of stars, very quiet. Other guests in adjoining rooms came and went, all were considerate and nice. We would stay there again, but above all, please fumigate that closet.

3 Day get away

The description and location were really spot on. Over all kinda dated and a couple things needed to be fixed. We were really close to the main strip and the neighborhood was lovely. The small apartment was really cold. There was a smart thermostat and it was set to 60 the whole trip. When the weather is cold and rainy... like 43 with rain and after enjoying your day coming back to a 60 degree place isn't optimal. I communicated with the owner 5 to 6 times. They would mention. It's set to 70...i would explain i just turned it up. The living place didnt hold the heat i tried to keep it around 74/75 when there and back to 70 when leaving. Seeing the moment the heat shut off it was cold again. So. Waking up to use the bathroom @ 4 am and it's back to 60 again. That was the theme of the communication. I asked many times to please release the eco setting on the thermostat. Which happened on the very last day it was set @ 68... the warmest day when we had to leave. The chairs and tables need to be tightened up they all rock and wobble. Also the bathroom sink had Zero hot water. There were loads of really nice perks as well.Shampoo/conditioner...take out containers for left overs. Hot kettle, coffee and filters. When we weren't cold it was a nice stay. Another party of 5 arrived and the walls are thin. You could here them moving around a bunch and you share a door. Which was tested and jiggled a bunch from the other party, until we spoke.
