About this property
Experience luxury at Sedona Uptown House of Views with stunning red rock panoramas.
Sedona Uptown House of Views Description perched pristinely atop the hill in Uptown Sedona, the Sedona Uptown House of Views lives up to its name. Upon entering through the front door, you will be embraced by a stunning great room, warm and open space with gorgeous maple floors throughout and vaulted wood beam ceilings. This grand space holds the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This area is further accented by a multitude of windows providing plenty of natural light and the iconic red rock views.
This remodeled home offers one level of living space with 3,086 square feet of comfort. The master & guest bedrooms are private and have their own private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom, set up as a den, has a fold-out queen sofa bed, its own private bathroom & shower with easy access to the pool. In all, the house accommodates up to six guests in true luxury and comfort. The thoughtfully designed layout offers four distinct sitting areas throughout the home, creating both shared gathering spaces and quiet retreats. In addition, a newly added sitting area out front highlights the magnificent private views of Giant's Thumb and Snoopy Rock on the east side of the house—an unforgettable vantage point to take in Sedona's beauty.
After you settle in, you will want to go onto the front east facing outdoor patio to gaze & enjoy views of Giants Thumb, Snoopy Rock, The King & Three Queens formation, Steamboat Rock and the spectacular views of Wilson Mountain. A fantastic spot to meditate, listen to nature, have a quite morning breakfast or an afternoon beverage. Guests consistently describe the views as unmatched and “to die for,” with sunrise and sunset experiences that feel truly special.
If you can get away from the front patio, walk out back to enjoy your second outdoor gathering space which offers a private pool, lounging and full dining area for six. The outdoor natural gas BBQ also enhances your stay. With southern & western exposures, this area highlights the formations of Lizard, Chimney, Coffee Pot Rocks & Thunder Mountain. The private pool is a favorite for warm Sedona afternoons, offering both relaxation and fun after a day exploring trails.
On a clear day & with a decent pair of binoculars, you can see the letter J embedded on the side of the mountain of the old mining/ ghost town of Jerome approximately 40 miles west of Sedona. Make certain to have your camera ready as the sunsets are out of this world. Sedona is one of only eight communities in the world that have received the International Dark Skies designation. So, do not be surprised to witness views of the Milky Way or a few shooting stars.
Hiking trails like: Soldiers Pass that gets you to Devils Kitchen & Seven Sacred Pools, Brins Mesa, Jim Thompson, Midgley Bridge, Adobe Jack trailheads and more can be accessed from this community so, you do not have to deal with the busy parking areas. However, you can drive approximately 1-1/2 miles from the house to the Jim Thompson parking area to get to these same hiking locations which will save yourself a few steps. Guests love the ability to walk to town, restaurants, and shopping while still enjoying privacy and quiet surroundings.
