"Excellent place. The room was remodeled, everything was new. It had coffee, clean/new towels, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Free parking and very friendly service at the lobby.
The only thing I didn’t like was something they explained was not the hotel’s fault but an Expedia issue, which is where I made the reservation. There was a $200 deposit required at check-in, and I was not aware of it. This was not mentioned in the Expedia description. I only found out two days before arrival when the hotel sent me additional check-in information.
The money was refunded to my account without any problem a few days after check-out, but this is something Expedia should clearly explain from the beginning."
