About this property

Delightful Pet Friendly One Bedroom Unit in Sedona Arizona near downtown.

  • Connie's Place is a duplex with two units. Connie's Place prides itself on creating a retreat environment where guests can enjoy the serenity and beauty of the distinctive red rock landscapes. Owners Steve and Connie Segner’s mission has always been to evoke a sense of peace and calmness for all their guests, two- and four-legged alike. At this pet-friendly unit, there are NO pet or cleaning fees! There is a two-night minimum stay.

    The "home" has been divided into two separate units; a one-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit. Both are pet friendly!

    In Unit 1 the bedroom features a king bed, a nice bathroom with a bath/shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. This unit has a TV in the living room area and bedroom. It is decorated in a delightful Mid-century modern style. Connie's Place is, of course, pet-friendly, with no pet fees. Unit 1 is perfectly suited for 2 people and 1 small to medium size pet. Cleaning is upon check-out only.
