  • This one bedroom condo is in Canyon Mesa Country Club, a popular location which many vacationers return to year after year. The community has a beautiful 9 hole golf course with a stream and weeping willow trees. It has a salt water swimming pool and hot tub! (Closed by the HOA usually from Oct. 1 - May 1.) Tennis, pickle ball and golf are also on the property, steps away .The unit is just under 1000 sq ft with both a front and back patio. The interior is fully furnished, personally decorated and includes a washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, and a queen sized bed. Smart TV and WiFi included. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom newly installed. Newly remodeled walk in shower. All kitchen appliances new. Phoenicians: get out of the heat and visit the Red Rocks.
