Condo is beautifully appointed with furniture, accessories and fully stocked kitchen. Beds are dressed in luxury, high-thread count, cotton linens, mattresses new - 14" high, 18" high bed frame. Furnishings can be removed if you have your own items with a 10% reduction in monthly rent. All utilities: electricity, water, sewer, WIFI are included in monthly rent fee. Second bedroom perfect for an at-home office or digital nomad work environment. A 6-month lease minimum required.
