The hotel was very central and a great location to get around. The best gelato place right out the door. The room was very basic and the mattress was super hard, not there for comfort more for the location. The room was nothing like the photos online. No black out curtains. Again more for the location than anything else.

Our family was treated to an exceptional stay at Hotel Colombina. Our room was beautiful and the location is a 4 minute walk to St.Mark’s square. Abner provided a fantastic first impression assisting with our luggage and giving us a tour of the hotel and our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious made better with Evangelina’s friendly and courteous service.

My daughter fell down the sleepery stairs going to the breakfast room. Staff said it has happened before and the hotel does not even aknowledge it. Hotel manager never showed up and front desk person said it would take 24 hours to see Camara footage.
