"The apartment was nice, comfortable but too simple for my taste. However, we were very disappointed that it did not have the amenities they offer. We spoke to our host and he told us that he didn't know that you were promoting the apt as a hotel with a pool and sauna that we had to complain to you: Expedia We feel scammed, I think we paid too much and should receive a refund."
