"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "Our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was made truly special by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."

"We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot options. On departure we were again offered an room extension, use of the pool all day and the Spa to freshen up. All in all could not be faulted."
