"It had everything I needed."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the Maids were pleasant. The pool was clean and well kept. We dined at the Tides Restaurant and that was a fun experience. Great food and great service. Staff was always friendly. The only downfall for us was the night we arrived. We got in late, and we couldn’t find a restaurant to eat at because all the eateries in Bodega Bay closed at 8p/8:30p. And the restaurant at the hotel is reservation ONLY and they weren’t taking anymore reservations for the night :("

"It’s a fun hotel to stay at because it’s so old. The rooms were decent. I felt they were a little bit rundown. Staff was very friendly. I like the location of railroad Square, but parking felt very unsafe. You have to park a little bit down from the hotel. There’s a lot of homeless people in that area so was definitely nervous when I had to drive back at night and walk from the parking lot to the hotel as a single. "

"It was tough to find a good hotel up here on our road trip, but Bodega Bay Lodge ended up being such a wonderful surprise. The view from the property is absolutely amazing — you can just sit and watch the bay for hours. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water were the perfect way to relax after driving, and the fire pits at night made it feel so cozy. The restaurant on site was excellent, with fresh seafood and a great wine list, so we didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else for dinner. In the morning, we took a walk down to Bodega Beach, which was such a peaceful start to the day. The whole place has this mix of comfort, charm, and relaxation that made us wish we had planned to stay longer. We’d definitely come back on another trip — it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and really enjoy the moment."

"Love this place. Very happy we chose to stay here. The pool was divine. I had a massage at the spa & the whole spa experience is very nice. Highly recommend planning to spend some extra time at the spa…lots of good stuff to enjoy before & after your treatments. Our room was perfect. Spacious & luxurious. We felt very spoiled. Can’t wait to go back!"
