"The location was great - near our family members and all our favorite eateries. The ladies in our group also wished to compliment the landscaping crew who stopped by to take care of the yard!!!!!"

"Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. Our place was well equipped with any kitchen items one would need and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little bit noisy but we were thankful to have them after our theme park days in Orlando! Sunsets over Indian River were beautiful. The place was immaculately clean when we moved in and check in and parking were easy. We'd stay here again if we're ever in Sebastian again! "

"Was a great stay. Definitely another place we will use again when we want to stay in Sebastian. Staff was great, pet friendly, quite and had some great restaurants in walking distance. "

"This is my fourth stay with this host, and my third long term. That should tell you everything. House is spacious and well kept. Fenced in backyard is very dog friendly. The host is very attentive to any issues encountered during your stay. Would I stay again? Well….definitely. "

"The host was fine. The house was spacious, clean, in a nice neighborhood and nicely decorated. However, it did lack a few minor supplies and amenities. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms. The silverware was very minimal and I had to buy more spoons and left them there for the next guests. The washer made horrendous banging sounds when it went through a cycle and it took the cycle at least an hour to complete. Would give five stars except for these minor things. "
