"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a great location for enjoying downtown Melbourne. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service, especially from Monica. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more special. People like Monica are what make a hotel experience truly memorable. Our weekend was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay at Hotel Melby again. A special thank-you to Monica for helping make our getaway so enjoyable. She is a true asset to the hotel!"
