"I stay at the Hilton Melbourne every year, and it continues to be a wonderful venue with excellent service. The staff always make the experience welcoming and enjoyable.
That said, I’d like to share two observations for management’s consideration:
- Computer Room: This facility has been down for quite some time, and during my most recent stay I was unable to use it at all. Thankfully, the front desk employees kindly offered to print documents for me, which I greatly appreciated.
- Parking: Airport parking is now being sold for $10 a day. As a guest staying at the hotel, it would be ideal if priority parking closer to the entrance could be reserved for overnight guests rather than non-staying visitors.
Overall, I truly value the Hilton Melbourne and look forward to returning each year. These adjustments would make an already great experience even better.
