    Just steps from your rental, Alki Beach is perfect for a sunny day in the city. Make a stop at Alki Point Lighthouse, the first landing point for settlers that went on to establish Seattle. Head towards downtown and watch the fishmongers at Pike Place Market (8 miles). Book a trip to the summit of the Space Needle (9 miles), where you can take in panoramas of the steel skyline, Elliott Bay, and the awe-inspiring Mt. Rainier.



    Back at your home away from home, the inviting living room offers comfortable seating for seven around the 60 flat-screen TV. Play a tune on the upright piano or slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private balcony. The fully stocked chefs kitchen has all the bells and whistles necessary for a family feast, including a double oven and a six-burner Viking cooktop. When its time to eat, share meals at the breakfast bar for four or in the stately dining room with seating for 10. Mix a drink at the wet bar and enjoy the added ambience of the gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony off the living room, configured with a heat lamp and umbrella-shaded table for six.

Step out for fresh air anytime on the private master balcony, detailed with a heat lamp and bistro table for two. The en-suite primary bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two separate vanities.

Great family vacation

eight of us travelled to Seattle to visit my daughter for a week.... It was a great spot/base to take day trips from. Plenty of space to sprawl. Beds were comfortable and the washer dryer was a huge plus. We'd definitely stay here again.

Alki Beach House

This unit is big and provides enough space for people to get some privacy if needed. It is located within striking distance of all the West Seattle restaurants without being on the "strip" and subject to the all the vehicle and people noise. It is within a minute walk to the beach and has everything you need in house. I will stay here again for sure.

Long wedding weekend

Only used the place to sleep and shower but it was walking distance to other family staying in the area for a wedding. Love Alki Beach. Only wish we could have used the hot tub and that it had a Nespresso coffee machine.

Best Rental We've Ever Stayed At!

This is a beautiful house with views of the water and quick access to the Alki beach area. The house was immaculate and spacious. Our children had fun claiming their bedrooms and running up and down the stairs. There were so many extras in this home: tons of board games, a record/radio player and a working fireplace in the dining room. Whenever we return to the Seattle area, we will definitely be staying here.

Great space and location!

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults visiting our hometown. The location is amazing and the views are great from the top deck. Easily walk down Alki beach and there are wonderful restaurants nearby. We used the grill and the Viking cooktop is like driving a Ferrari! The best thing was plenty of space for everyone so we never felt "on top of each other". The large dining room and ample supply of games kept us all entertained in the evenings, too. We would stay here again!

Downstairs shower doesn't work, handle pulls off. Upstairs shower is mist only.It would be nice to have a recycle bin inside home.The home and location work great.Thanks.

Family vacation

The location is great. Away from downtown, pretty, and safe. House is great with lots of space. Cookware isn’t in great shape but anything we needed was there. There were only four bath towels in a home that sleeps 8. Seems to be frequent issue based on other reviews. Electrical outlets near beds won’t hold a plug. Will need to plug phone charges in elsewhere. Great communication with rental company. Shower grout had spots of mildew. Overall a good property.

Excellent large House

This house was large and comfortable. One of the best places I've stayed. Clean and lots of room for everyone. It's hard to think of anything to complain about. There are two large bedrooms and two similar smaller bedrooms both painted pink which makes it hard to tell them apart in the pictures. The listing says 2.5 bathrooms but the "half" bath also has a shower, no tub. There are lots of stairs, not a negative for us, just a fact. Kitchen is very big and fully equipped. There is a slight view of the water from the top floor which is cool. Walking distance to Alki Beach and restaurants. Two parking spots on site. A very short drive (or long walk) to the West Seattle water taxi. Easy access to freeways. All around a great place

Nice area but house needs some updating

We had a cruise that got canceled last minute so we booked this last minute. It was located well with lots of restaurants close enough and a short walk to the beach area. The house was clean but outdated. Not trying to be mean but it looks like it was a old persons home that had maybe passed and they just turned it into a rental home and left most of the things there. There were lot of things that didn’t work. Ie; hot tub, windows didn’t opened, some outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Tile in the downstairs bathroom was caving in. (We reported it to the owner) There were no kitchen towels, no basic condiments and no pitcher to make drinks like tea. Fresh towels for each room were folded in laundry area and still wet. It got warm at night and while we expected no AC we couldn’t open windows so it got extra warm. There was a door to a balcony on main floor and upper level that we could open but didn’t want to leave it open at night. The coded lock on the door was tricky to figure out. We had to contact the owner several times and they were quick to respond. We could find nothing in the house written down for instructions on things that we needed to do before leaving. I contacted owner and asked but they responded and said it was fine. We didn’t strip beds because we didn’t know. We did do basic cleaning, trash take out, ran the dishwasher. Seems owner lives out of town and manager isn’t up to par. It was a great location and beds were comfortable. Needs updating.

Perfect Get Away in West Seattle

We had a family of seven stay for 10 days and were thrilled with the location, amenities and house. From the multiple decks, to the easy axis to the water taxi into downtown, it was perfect.

There was a lot of construction happening at and around the property when we stayed, so heard a lot of sawing and pounding during the week. The location is great, very walkable to the local restaurants and water taxi shuttle.

We loved our stay! Perfect place for our family of adult children. The house was clean and very well stocked! It was comfortable and very homey. The location is amazing - walking distance to so many restaurants, perfect for walks along the water with views of the city and islands, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We willl definitely book again!

West Seattle Gem

This was a great house for a group of people! There were 3 showers which was very convenient. The location was great! The West Seattle Alki Beach area was quiet but still had a lot to do. The water taxi to downtown Seattle was very convenient. I had a couple interactions with Vacasa customer service and they were super helpful and quick to respond especially when we were locked out at 10:30 pm. Highly recommend!
