Cozy Ballard carriage house on Sunset Hill just behind owners 1890's farmhouse in a safe quiet neighborhood. Upstairs a very large bedroom with a posturepedic queen bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, private deck, powder room with bidet, sitting area, TV, and dresser. Main floor has inviting living space with cozy "L" shaped couch, smart TV, dining area with high top table and 4 bar chairs. Full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plus washer and dryer. Main bathroom has a rain shower and river rock floor. front patio with guest BBQ and sitting area.
