This spectacular, 1,200 sqft Penthouse apartment was our personal home for several years before we decided to offer it to travelers here on Airbnb!

The open floor plan is ideal for groups of 4 - 8 traveling together in the Emerald City!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on either side of the apartment, with a massive Living Room/Kitchen area in between. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and the 2nd bathroom is just beside the guest bedroom.

You'll have full access to the entire space, including the private covered patio. Having been to Hawaii and the Caribbean many times, the sunsets from this Patio are some of the best we've ever seen.

Plenty of room, great views, walkable to just about everywhere, and all the creature-comforts you need to make our Penthouse the perfect HQ for your visit to Seattle!

Cool place, view, and neighborhood

Nice vibe in the neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive. Clean place and well maintained. My only issue was the parking...I had an SUV and had no idea the spot was that tight. Needed many people looking as I squeezed in without hitting the column or car next to me. Should let people know that. But great stay!

Great place!

Perfect stay. Great and safe location! Lovely views and accommodating for my family! Secure garage parking and secure building entry. I would definitely book again if in Seattle.
