Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Home was clean and stocked to host our family of 5 - fresh linens, great location, and wonderful communication. Would highly recommend this beautiful property and would stay again!
We loved our stay in this beautiful home in the heart of Queen Anne! Great location, clean and well outfitted home, just the right size for our family of four! It was great to get to experience a Seattle neighborhood while just a quick Uber away from all of the big tourist attractions!
This home is in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to the best bakery and neighborhood grocery store. Ken’s market had pre made chicken and pasta dishes that we picked up and warm for dinner. So easy and delicious. The bed were comfortable and coffee bar in the home was a nice set up.
The house setup was great for our family. My wife and I got downstairs with our own bathroom, and our adult daughters got their own rooms upstairs and shared a bathroom.
The house was clean, the kitchen was roomy and well stocked, the neighborhood was quiet, our farthest parking spot was right around the corner, and the property manager responded quickly to questions.
We would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Property was nice. An older home with some newer upgraded features. Mostly clean but there were some areas that could use more dusting and cleaning. There were hairs in the bathroom and the floors throughout the bedrooms. The floor vents had a lot of dust in them. The ceiling in the upstairs bathroom had some water stains. The bathroom door in the main floor has a gap at the top which means you can hear and smell what's going on in there which was not great. The carpeting on the stairway had many stains as well. Parking is easy and plentiful. They also allow dogs which is super nice. A very quiet and cozy neighborhood great for a quiet getaway. Overall a good experience my family and I enjoyed.
This property worked great to visit family with my little one. Lots of space, walking distance to parks and restaurants, and a short drive to the city center.
We stayed here the night before our cruise. Wonderful home to stay in! It was a 4 minute walk to a bakery for hot chocolate and breakfast foods. 5 minute walk to Ken's grocery store. Neighbor hood felt very safe with many families out walking, riding bikes, and grilling out. The house has everything you need if you would want to make your own meal. If we come back to Seattle for another cruise I would stay here again!!!! The house looks EXACTLY like the photos!!!!
Small elementary school nearby and it was enjoyable to sit on porch, drink coffee and watch families take children to school and walking dogs. The coffee bar in kitchen was nice.
We had a family group of 6 traveling for a cruise - so crazy schedules, lots of luggage, mobility issues, etc... Joanne was AMAZING!!!!!!! She got us through the process seamlessly, she was exceptionally accommodating and more than reasonable in assisting us with our schedules. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is incredible and everything was very comfortable! Thank you, Joanne, for starting our vacation off in the BEST way possible!
We stayed with our two grandsons, ages 9 and 13. The older boy stayed in the lower bedroom (his boy cave) and the younger one was down the hall from us. The kitchen and eating area are spacious. All of us used the downstairs bathroom for showering as the tub was too difficult for the younger child and the 70 year olds to navigate. The neighbor hood is great and street parking was easy. There was limited storage in the boys' bedrooms but the back bedroom has a great wall of drawers and cabinets for clothing. Would definitely stay here again.
