Spacious 1BD Unit in quiet walkable neighborhood with award winning restaurants!

Walking and biking distance to the UW, U Village, and Children's Hospital. Amenities include:

Kitchen is full-sized and fully stocked with coffee maker, coffee beans, tea assortment, sugar, and fresh cream for each guest that request it. Utensils, including those needed for cooking, plus olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Laundry Room includes brand new Blomberg W/D units with iron, ironing board, and laundry basket.

Living room includes full-size couch and two full-sized chairs with Roku powered flat-screen TV for streaming on your preferred service. Full sized couch is a brand new queen/full sleeper sofa with supportive full-sized mattress, no paper-thin mattress on squeaky springs.

Bedroom has a memory foam queen bed (brand new as of 4/26), hotel style robes, large dresser, and full-sized closet plus two luggage racks.

Bathroom was recently renovated, including a quartz countertop.

Outdoor patio has it's own cafe table, chairs, and shade umbrella in the summer.

We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but this is a 100 year old house and we have two children, so hearing footsteps in the unit should be expected.

We love this place!
This was our 2nd stay at the Spacious Bryant Retreat and we couldn't be more satisfied. It is comfortable, roomy, attractive, well-appointed and in a great location. The property manager is accessible and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our time staying at the spacious Bryant retreat. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very accommodating! We liked being able to walk to the bus stop and a few restaurants that were nearby. Would definitely recommend to others!

Quiet cozy stay in Seattle
I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us. Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions. All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!

Great find for our Seattle trips!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to family we were visiting, in a quiet neighborhood, accessible by car to good food markets. Parking was always easy. The entire property was lovely and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Nate accommodated our request to check-in early. As we have family close to this property, we will definitely want to stay here whenever we come to Seattle!

UW Visit
This was the perfect place to stay for our recent UW visit. It had everything we needed and fit us well (our 6'4" son easily fit on the sofa bed). The apartment is well-appointed and everything looks new. It is very convenient to U of W. The neighborhood is great and if we had not had a full weekend of activities we would have spent more time exploring. The property manager, Nate, is very responsive and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again :)
