Welcome to your West Seattle home away from home! Our brand new 1100 sqft light-filled home has an impressive 95 Redfin walkability rating. Located in West Seattle’s Alaska Junction, you’ll be steps away from the best restaurants, bars and shops in West Seattle. 12 minute walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. One block from the Farmer’s Market on Sundays (10am-2pm). Ten minute drive or bus ride to Alki Beach or to the water taxi to Downtown. Discover Seattle's best kept secret! The space Sleeps 4 max. Full chef's kitchen. Sparkling clean. Each bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom—one with a bathtub/shower, the other with a walk-in shower. There is a dedicated workspace and multiple USB ports throughout the living room and bedrooms. Whether you’re in West Seattle for work or fun, our space is sure to meet your comfort needs.
First Floor The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area is on the first floor and features high ceilings and windows which offer ample natural lighting and tree views. There is also 1/2 bathroom on the first level. The AC unit is located on the first floor. Each bedroom has a fan for rare warmer days.
Our home features modern décor, lightning fast Wi-Fi, dining space for 6, and a 65” Smart TV (log-in to your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Spotify and more). USB ports throughout.
Kitchen The space has a full kitchen along with cookware if dining in is on the menu. We provide many kitchen amenities including an assortment of spices, olive oil and vinegar and a few basic condiments. A selection of tea and local ground coffee for the drip coffee machine are included.
Second Floor The upstairs level features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The laundry closet with high efficiency appliances is located in the upstairs hallway. Guests have access to the laundry, and supplies are provided.
Bedroom 1 Features a queen bed. Room darkening shades. Dedicated workspace with a fast ethernet connection. Ample closet space with hangers and a suitcase rack. En-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 Features a queen bed. Room darkening shades. Ample closet space with hangers and a suitcase rack. En-suite full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Guest access Easy keyless self check-in, guests can enter from the side door (close to the dedicated parking space), or from the front door. Guests have access to our dedicated, off-street parking spot with EV charging (BYO plug - 240V 50A). There is also plenty of free street parking right in front of the house on our quiet, residential cul-de-sac. There is one outside security camera at the front exterior of the home (street facing).
If you’re traveling without a car, the home is a .3 mile walk from the main Seattle bus line. Other things to note We look forward to your stay, and will strive to make it exceptional. We have stayed at this property several times. It is our “go to” property if it is available when we visit. It is a lovely place with great hosts. Also the location is perfect for us.
Great property. Very clean, modern, fresh, easy process, well stocked and high quality towels, bedding etc. will recommend and will book again when in west Seattle. Easy walk to dt west Seattle.
This is a spotlessly clean, very comfortable rental in a great location. It's on a quiet and peaceful street but an easy walk to everything in the Alaska Junction, including the farmer's market, and an easy drive to anywhere in Seattle. Communication with the hosts was great, and this rental had everything we needed, including in the kitchen, where it was easy to prepare our meals. Great stay!
We loved our stay. The location is perfect - it’s on a quiet street, but just a few blocks away from a ton of coffee shops and restaurants. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Great place to stay during a family vacation!
This is a wonderful family friendly place to stay in a very walkable and super quiet West Seattle neighborhood. The house is very clean, well equipped, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. Even though our stay was only a few nights long, it quickly felt like the perfect home away from home.
the property was just as described and very clean and comfortable. communication with the host was easy and they even gave us tips on local events happening. we loved the neighborhood and were easily able to walk to nearby farmers markets, coffee shops, ice cream, etc.
My family and I stayed here for a few days while we were moving out of our house in West Seattle. Great, super walkable location. My kids loved the park across the street. Quiet dead end street with low traffic. Awesome place. Will definitely stay again if we come back to west seattle to visit friends.

This was the perfect home for my stepdaughter and I during our Seattle vacation. While we spent our days out in the city, it was quiet and comfortable at night and in a safe neighborhood. We each had our own bedroom and attached bathroom, such a nice convenience for us. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Seattle!
We have stayed in this townhouse twice now while visiting our son. It is a lovely home and only three blocks from our son. The hosts are gracious and communicate very well. The house has been impeccably clean both times. We hope to stay here again in the future.
The house was lovely and clean. So unbelievably walkable to restaurants, groceries, fish market and cute little neighborhoods. The owner was very responsive to all questions and made us really feel at home!

My husband and I rented this location while visiting our son and could not have been more pleased. The location was clean, well cared for and communication with renter was exceptional. Bonus for small perks like salt/pepper, toiletries and cleaning products to have on hand. Great location to walk to town - we enjoyed our early AM coffee walks! Will definitely stay again!
This is our second stay at this rental and it was still perfect for all our needs. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. The location is perfect to get around anywhere in Seattle by car but we loved walking to California St to enjoy restaurants and shops. Thanks again for a great week!
It was my first time in seattle and this stay was wonderful. It's just the perfect space for two. The bedrooms are upstairs across the hall from each other and the location is excellent to get to any part of town. The host is amazing! I would definitely book again. And i do recommend the place. Lovely neighborhood with lovely neighbors!
Beautiful time of year to visit Seattle. Weather was great and the fall colors were gorgeous. This home in West Seattle is an ideal location. Easy (and beautiful) walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The home is very well maintained. The owners are quickly responsive to any questions. Home has a great neighborhood feel and we would definitely stay there again.
