This property offers a modern vacation rental condominium in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. This property is located directly between the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
While the building itself is located in the heart of Belltown, this condo faces the beautiful garden courtyard which ensures a quiet place to stay.

The condo was very comfortable and in a wonderful location- within walking distance to many tourist sights we were interested in visiting, including the Chihuly glass museum, the space needle, and Pikes Market and the waterfront. I highly recommend this condo.

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood! Parked the car and didn't drive it again until we left for home. Loved the location and easy walking to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena for the March Madness basketball tournament!

Quiet Belltown stay

This was a great stay location. We used to live in the building (in 2000) and had a street view apt. This was an interior, that means it looked over a courtyard, quiet and lovely to look at.The Bed was comfy, TV was great. Nothing bad to say, we would absolutely stay in this condo againForgot to mention great restaurants all around it, close to Seattle Center (Space Needle, Hockey, etc)Easy to get to take light rail from airport to West lake mall and a few block walk

Great Belltown Condo

The property was clean, secure, as advertised and in a great location between Downtown and Uptown. Good restaurants right outside the door. The indoor pool and hot tube were nice.

This is a great little place to stay for a fun getaway. It is centrally located which is great because you can walk just about anyplace you want to go. Close to the Space Needle & Chihuly Glass Museum, about a12 minute walk. Also close to Pike Place Market, about a 12 minute walk the other direction.

Perfect Stay

This was our first VRBO stay and we are so happy that we made the choice to try it. We stayed two nights and were able to easily access much of what Seattle has to offer. We felt safe to walk and it was easy to get to the train. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location. Condo was well laid out and very comfortable. Excellent communication with host Ron. A/C was a bit loud and internet wasn't super reliable. But overall a great stay and would recommend.
