For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks' worth of supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $200-400.
