It's a nice, clean, convenient mid range hotel. If the prices go much higher they'll need to renovate, add some services like in room coffee but for now it's a good property.

It was chill and near everything we wanted. We were there for a show at the Moore theatre! We stayed in the parking lot across the street and that was $45 overnigh5, which felt steep. But close !

It was fine, but I won't be returning. Stayed here for Sakuracon weekend. Rooms are tiny, probably the tiniest shower I've ever seen too. Bare bones interior. Our window could just open to an 8 story drop, no screen no nothing. Kinda spooky. Walls are paper thin and you can share everything your neighbors are saying. Bring earplugs. No housekeeping unless you request it 24 hours in advance. My one major complaint is there isn't a microwave anywhere on property, not even the lobby. So, we had a mini fridge full food and no way to heat it. Kinda strange, I've never stayed at a hotel without a microwave somewhere on property. Steep security deposit of $100 per day, plus $25 per day for an amenities fee for stuff like coffee downstairs (btw, no coffee maker in room). Again, kinda weird but not unheard of I suppose. If you're in town to just crash and sleep, it'll be fine, but don't expect anything else from this property. The lobby is done up nice, but the rooms are lacking and honestly that's what matters when I book.

Great Value for the price and everything that actually matters is excellent quality. The general motif of the hotel is a great alternative if you’re not into big chain hotels.

Thank you for your feedback. The nightly destination fee is 25 per day. I believe you meant your security deposit was 300 because it is 100 per night. Please note that if you do not have any charges pending against it, the entire 300 is returned.

The hotel was overall clear and nice, easy access to all tourist places either walking or by public transport. Quiet day and night, did not bother my sleep at all. However the website did not specify about the room layout which was quite inconvenient where the shower and the toilet was separate, as well as facing straight towards the room door. Also the hotel wifi quality was pretty bad throughout the stay, complimentary but basically no use.

A really good stay for a weekend trip to Seattle. In a super convenient location, and the rooms were perfect for a quick weekend. Also the staff was super friendly and the free beer was a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

I didnt know there was additional chaged for parking an a resort fee beside i already was charged 50.00 then a 75 .00 for parking. I should of went to the Hilton. Staff liies about parking then there not parking here at hotel wanted me to parking a block away.

Hello and thank you for your candid feedback. When it comes to the resort fee, it is mentioned before confirming your reservation. As for the parking, we do apologize if there was any miscommunication, but we do have parking with us for 62.98 that we only charge at checkout.

Room is a little tight, bathroom is tiny. Internet asks you to log in every 5 minutes which is extremely frustrating. Charged me for early check in which was very odd, area around hotel is a little noisy. Overall an ok property for the price I would not stay there again

Property was great. Included free beer and coffee. Staff was nice. Hidden fees hit hard. $25/night “destination fee” and $100/night deposit. We stayed 3 nights and had to pay an additional $382 at check-in despite the stay being paid for already. Was definitely a surprise.

Was in a good location for what we came for. Liked the vibe.Liked the eco friendliness even if it was annoying for me. Didn’t like that the room had no coffee machine or microwave. Definitely an adult hotel, not that they can’t accommodate children it just the rooms are too small fora family of 4.

Don’t bother booking this stay, stay anywhere else that doesn’t have a ridiculous valet charge than nearly doubled my room rate. You have effectively no other options being you’re downtown. Beyond this, there was NO WIFI. I mean non-existent, went off cellular data the entire time and staff offered no remedies. Totally unacceptable at this price point. To add to this, rooms are ridiculously tiny. At 6ft tall I was a sneeze away from the sink when using the toilet and the shower is 3’x3’. Smallest shower I’ve ever seen at a hotel or middle of no where motel. Will never return, change your scam of a valet policy for any reconsideration.

Hotel Wi-Fi was upgraded recently and has served our guests well. Please note that Hotel Max does in fact different room categories with larger space and layouts.
