- This newly renovated, stylish, and modern home is a city oasis (equipped with full-house central heating and cooling!). Conveniently located with a direct view of the Green Lake, It is just a few miles from downtown Seattle. This 1430 sq. ft. home was recently completed in August 2023. What you will order is the MAIN FLOOR of the whole house, includings 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms., living room, dining room，kitchen and patio as showing pictures.
