Front office staff friendly but often not available. To get towels you had to bring used towels to front desk and then they gave you fresh towels to take to your room. Phone didn't work in room.

Property has an ant infestation. Phones aren’t hooked up to ring the front desk, safety concern. Pubic hair was left in the tub, dirty bathroom.

I understand that there is a policy but the experience we received deems an exception. The room smelled of cat urine, the bed had stains and strands of human hair. The bathtub was not cleaned and had black stains. I had multiple bites on my body and my partner and I did not sleep due to the smell and uncleanliness of the bed. The condition of the room was no where near satisfactory and borderlines health concerns due to the animal urine. We had to leave the room this morning due to the inability to withstand the smell.
The front desk associate was not helpful or apologetic and said regardless of the rooms uncleanliness it was expected for us to stay there for the next 4 days. How is this acceptable?
We left the room keys and left the hotel and are now having to look for somewhere else to stay.
I expect a refund from the hotel or Expedia because this experience has not been good and we now needing to find somewhere else to sleep for the next four days.

I reserve a 2 rooms with queen bed! And they charge me each room separate , they give me the rooms far away from each other , the queen bed it wasn’t a queen was a full . When I call they said that’s all what they have . They call those bed queen and it wasn’t.. I ask for a king bed and they said there was nothing they can do about because the reservation was o already made .. I didn’t like it . The lobby had a bad smell .

Liked the property, clean, the only thing I didn't like the grab and go breakfast, coffee good, muffins old and stale. Minor complaint other than that liked everything else.

Clean and quiet! Would definitely stay here again. New or updated rooms, full size fridge, microwave and comfy bed. Recliner and desk/ table with two chairs. Big sink and two burners. Dishes , toaster, coffee maker easily accessible from the front desk.

This place was pretty lackluster. The TV did not have access to basic TV channels as it said "their subscription had expired". Also there was multiple times no-one was at the front desk for like 10-15 minutes. I had to ask them to make coffee multiple times in the morning, and breakfast was legit granola bars. The worst part was the people above me were completely just walking around and all I could hear the entire them was them stomping around, the walls are paper thin.
