About this property

Enjoy Paradise on Lake Sammamish

  • Summary:

Renovated mid-century waterfront home with stunning lake and mountain views. Entire house + all around it is yours! Features a large deck, wood fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, private dock with diving board, and access to a semi-private outdoor sauna. Swim, paddle, or just relax. This retreat has it all!

    The Space:

Welcome to a truly special home. A fully separate lakefront house on a rare 1-acre lot on the shores of Lake Sammamish. With approximately 100 feet of private sandy beach, a new dock with diving board, and additional space to anchor your boat, this is the ultimate lakeside getaway.

Designed and built by Nancy “Nan” Campbell, Bellevue’s first female mayor and an early environmental advocate, this home is made from beautiful old-growth timber and thoughtfully renovated with care. Nan and her husband Bruce lived here for nearly 50 years, and the house still carries the charm and serenity of its storied past.

Inside, you’ll find wall-to-wall windows, energy-efficient heating and full A/C and modern comforts throughout. Step out onto the huge private deck and soak in unobstructed 180° southeast-facing views of Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains.

Take a dreamy nature walk down to the lake. Enjoy swimming, paddling, boating, or just lounging on the sand. You’re welcome to bring your own gear, or rent kayaks and paddleboards locally. And yes, there’s even access to a new semi-private outdoor sauna imported from Finland assembled locally for the perfect post-lake unwind.

Unlike many lakefront properties, this one offers ample parking, with space for multiple cars, RVs, and more—making it perfect for:

    • Families & friends

    • Corporate retreats & working groups

    • Special events & small ceremonies

Whether you’re staying a few days, weeks, or longer, each moment here will remind you that you’re not dreaming, just living beautifully.

Please Note: No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the house.

    Guest Access:

    • Plenty of parking available for several cars (and RVs) on-site

    • Keyless electronic entry for easy, secure self-check-in

    • Private nature trail to the lake and beach

    • Free firewood provided for the indoor fireplace and outdoor patio fire pit

    The Neighborhood:

Located on the highly sought after west side of Lake Sammamish in Bellevue. A very rare .65 acre property from street to the Lake with multi million dollar homes. Only a handful of properties on the entire lake has a large lot like this property. This is where nature, beauty and modern meet. Minutes drive to all Microsoft campuses, Seattle and downtown Bellevue. Easy access to 520 Hwy, I90, and public transportation.

    Getting Around:

Bus stop is only steps away from the property.

    Driving distances to:
