The property is walking distance from bars and restaurants and is right next to taco time.
We live upstairs, so there may be occasional sounds that pass through, but we strive for a quiet and peaceful environment, and respectfully ask for the same from our guests. Thank you!

-Pet friendly, but we reserve the right to not allow certain pets to stay, ie accident prone, aggressive breeds, etc. If we see a pet is staying without our express permission, we will cancel your reservation. Thank you in advance for abiding by our policies.
-The house is located in a residential area and quiet time is 10pm. To be kind to our neighbors and to comply with local noise ordinances, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, particularly outside. Thank you for your understanding!
