When we went to the room they gave yummy it was half clean and dirty . They put us in another room which the volume on the tv didn’t work so they had me try to fix it then a worker came and tried she couldn’t get it working then someone else came and couldn’t get it working so at 7:30 that night we had to move rooms again was not impressed

Great place to stay if you’re heading to the airport early or get in late. Parking was easy. Breakfast was just okay. Room was clean and comfortable.

The cleaning person left the door to the room open (the bottom lock blocked the door from closing). After reporting this to the front desk, no one cleaned up or replaced the towels with clean ones the next day. Poorly

Great staff. Airport shuttle fast and efficient. Industrial/airport area, but a few decent and one nice restaurant within walking distance. Elevator not working when stayed, so little less nice for the traveler with checked luggage.

Our stay was good. We didn't spend much time in the hotel due to the running and stomping in the room above us. This went on until after midnight both nights. Overall the hotel was nice and very clean but it could have been much quietier.

Building was OK outside beside the amount of smokers, Elevator Broken (had to walk with stroller and bags upstairs), Service was OK not great / Breakfast was horrible so I had toast and my family had cereal / Beds were hard with not enough pillows (pillows were also very small) / TV remote was sticky / End table had a piece missing on the top / Floors were thin as paper / Bedspread had stains. Was low cost at $130ish a night, but overall, would never stay again.

I really enjoyed the area and it was only minutes away from wheer we planned our mini vacation down to pikes market, uwijimaya grocery store and other market places. I felt safe at this location and parking was great! The hotel was also very close to the hotel I picked up my parents from, down the street.

The bathroom was updated and modern, it had all the amenities and accessories needed in the room. The bed was comfortable which is important and I was able to use it for three nights no complaints. There is an elevator although quite slow. On busy nights it may be harder to find a parking space. I didn’t like how small the hallway was because the rooms were closer together and people aren’t quiet walking down hallways no matter what hours of the night. It would be nice if rooms had a white noise option. If I didn’t rent my own car, I would not have Had issues getting transportation to the airport because they provided it with the shuttle. They also provide breakfast in the morning although I didn’t eat anything because I was in a hurry it looked pretty decent. I’d stay here again.

Room given was on the 1st floor right next to the common restrooms and aross from the laundry room and staff sections. Very noise, plus smoke detector loq battery sounded off. Asked for a upper floor room, moved, but was cumbersome since elevators are not working. Also, on new room, missing towel hanger at back of door.

Comfort Inn was SO HELPFUL in that they provided a 24-hour courtesy shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Drivers were safe, friendly and kind. All the staff were amazing at all hours. They even had a take-away breakfast for guests departing before the hotel breakfast was set out. We would absolutely return to this hotel.

It appears that updates have been made to the hotel. They have been nicely done. The staff was very efficient and friendly and arranged an airport shuttle for 4:00, which was right on time. We left too early for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

The pick-up at the airport was fast, the check-in was done quickly with very helpful staff after a long travel day, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at 6 was very good- ride to airport on time and driver very helpful.
