Seattle Waterfront Condo with a WalkScore of 99 (Walker’s Paradise) and TransitScore of 100 (Riders Paradise). There are 4 miles of walking/biking trails across from the condo. The unit is a 2 bedroom with queen beds and is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor condo complex.
Note: The 2nd bedroom is in the den and has no door. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortable for 4, cozy for 6.

One of the best short term rentals I've ever stayed in!

Location is amazing, right on the water. The property grounds are well kept. Condo was snug for 6 but OK because 4 are kids. The condo had absolutely everything we could ever have imagined needing, it was so well stocked! There are only a few rentals that I tell friends are a "must stay" when they travel, and this is one I will be recommending to all!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was very convenient for exploring the waterfront without the hassle of a car. The condo itself was very comfortable and the hosts included several practical items that rental properties often leave out. We would come back again if we make it back to Seattle!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-maintained condo. Remember when staying at a vacation rental used to feel like you were a guest in someone’s well loved home and not a flip property filled with dollar store items? This condo is definitely the former- comfortable linens, beds and pillows. High quality plates, utensils and knives that can actually cut things! The owners were communicative, helpful and even left snacks out for us to enjoy on arrival. We walked to Pikes Place, the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Garden, Modern Pop Museum and the Chiluly Gardens. The Great Wheel is just across the street, as are several ferry terminals. We would happily stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Melissa and Mike have a beautiful condo that has everything a vacationer could need or want. The snack basket is a great touch - thanks! I was in vacation with my family of five in July 2023, everything exceeded my expectations! Excellent location. very clean, organized, extra pillows, blankets, towels, an equipped kitchen , excellent communication with the owner. Best property we have rented

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. The condo was easy to access and so convenient to walk to most of our points of interest. The owners were very flexible with our arrival and departure times and great with communication. The condo was fully equipped and even included some wonderful surprises like snacks, drinks in refrigerator and cookie dough in the freezer. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with every spice and utensils needed to make our dinners each evening. Definitely a location we would visit again.

Mike and Melissa were amazing hosts. We were able to check in early without a problem. The condo was more than exceptional. One of the best equipped that we have ever stayed in. You can want for nothing whilst staying there. However you cannot walk to terminal 91 you will need to get a taxi or Uber. Thank you again.

AMAZING!!!!!

Let's put it this way... we will never stay anywhere else again when we visit Seattle. The location is incredible. Right on the water. 300 yards from Pike's Market. Steps from the Aquarium. Took our 4 daughters (age 2-15 and all of them had a blast and felt safe the entire time. The house is better stocked than my house. Anything you could want or need. So cozy. We were so so sad to leave. We will be back soon though! Thank you Mike and Melissa!!

Property was very nice. Concierge was poor/inconsistent. It started with me no concierge answering to let me in property. Other issue was some concierges would let visitors through front gate & wait in lobby to be escorted while others would not let guests on property.

The condo is in a great location with easy access to both the waterfront and Pike's Place market. We were very impressed with how well stocked the condo is. There were even snacks and drinks. We actually decided to get ingredients at Pike Place and cook lunch after seeing how well the kitchen was stocked with spices and oils. The bathroom is also well stocked with shampoos, soaps, and even extra travel toothpaste (which came in handy because we had forgotten ours!) The condo was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The hosts did an excellent job giving detailed instructions for checking in and parking at the condo which made the process very smooth. This is the 3rd condo in downtown Seattle we have stayed at, and it definitely was our favorite!

IT WAS PHENOMENAL…Thank you Melissa for being the SUPER host that you are. No detail was missed. Absolutely everything that anyone could ever need was in this unit. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne & a sweet note inside the refrigerator. We felt right at home. The level of detail from the fresh coffee to the multiple snacks was highly appreciated. Variation and quality of great shampoos, conditioners, body wash was top notch. Superb cleanliness, beautiful decor, very comfortable and great smelling beds. 10 STAR location, especially that we had to walk to pier 66 with tons of luggage to join our cruise, it was super fast and easy, just a short 5 minute walk along the sidewalk. Beautiful and extremely quiet building. We only saw the concierge no one else in the 3 days that we were there, I even asked if more people lived in the building as a joke because we never saw any of the other residents. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, I have already recommended you to 3 friends who are thinking of going on an Alaskan cruise. Looking forward to returning very soon.

This place is perfectly situated for most downtown activities. We walked to Pikes Market, Miners Dock, Space Needle, and Olympus park. The hosts were responsive and the place well maintained. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing location - so close to everything! Apartment was stocked with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts are a dream - so communicative and caring! If there’s only one thing that was disappointing (but understandable) was that the AC was only in the bedroom. I slept in the guest bed (in the office/den) and it was very warm due to an u usually warm Seattle week. It’s probably not something that happens often in Seattle but it made for some uncomfortable sleep.
