Featuring a modern kitchen, spacious living area, and bright interiors, it’s perfect for families or business travelers. Relax in the backyard or take a quick 15-minute drive to downtown Seattle. Just 10 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport, with easy access to local parks, dining, and shopping, this is your ideal home base for exploring the city.

Welcome to our modern 5b3b home in the south of Seattle. Previously a Guest Favorite under the property management firm transfer.

The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The home has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds (1 king +1 queen+ 2 twins +sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms, 1500 sqft. This is a 2-story single family house with some steps to the entrance.

• First Floor: Main entrance; Master bedroom suite w/King size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. One guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and one guest bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Living room with sofa bed that sleeps 2, smart TV, kitchen, dining.
• Garage : Laundry is inside of the garage, also come with light exercise equipment and lots of board games!
• Fenced in front yard and upgrade garage for kids and pets to run around

This is a duplex and therefore you may encounter guests that are staying in the lower unit during your stay when outside the home. The units are completely separate and cannot be accessed from one another.
