I’ve stayed here before and it’s always a pleasure to be a guest. Driveway parking for privacy, walkable neighborhood, yummy dinner spot within walking distance. The pillows are so comfortable I don’t even use my own! Plates, seasonings, microwave, it’s just cozy

It was a quaint little house. Not in an ideal place for seniors to rent because of the clawfoot tub cannot get in and out.It was in a good location, but it was a little pricey for us since there was only two of us staying there after all

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful three-night stay at this charming Seattle bungalow! The home was beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable, with two bedrooms and everything we needed during our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated how well-stocked the home was—everything we could have needed was available for us to use. One of our favorite touches was having bikes available! We took them out for a beautiful bike ride around Seward Park Peninsula and along the lake, which ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and everything about our stay was easy and welcoming. The bungalow truly felt like a little home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle!

Neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and take in the nature! Contacting the owner was easy! Zero complications finding the house, beds were comfortable and gave me a good nights rest. Living room was big enough for the 4 of us adults and included Netflix. Staying here again in June!

The location was ideal. A lovely part of South Seattle right near beautiful Seward Park in the Lakewood area. Walkable to great cafe and bookstore. This house is cozy!

Great place to stay

It was in a great location! Close to a park where you could walk or bike.The house was a little older but it was well kept. Very cozy and comfortable. I woils definitely stay again!

Able to walk to coffee shops and really nice local bookstore. Very quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was charming and comfortable and plenty of space for us. Did not cook but appreciated coffee machine and use of washer and dryer. Good amount of towels and the puano and guitar lent nice ambiance. Yards well landscaped with some lovely flowers.

Truly charming home, very cozy with a nice yard. Easy access to both Seward Park and views of Mt Rainier. Owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions on check-in and check-out. Clawfoot tub may be a physical challenge for some rare folks.

Lovely restful hidden gem

We adored this house, it has a beautiful backyard and is well appointed with comfortable beds. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to coffee, a bookstore, and a couple restaurants. John was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

Came to town for the Seafair triathlon and the home was just what we needed. Very comfy beds, clean linens, basic kitchen items provided. Happy with the use of the owners bike tools as well as we prepped for the race. Convenient driveway parking and a nice quiet neighborhood

The owner provided great information and was exceptionally accommodating as I had to change my reservations a couple times. I do wish he had told me to check the left side of the thermostat screen to make sure my revised temperature stayed all night ! Woke up to a brisk 65 degrees house - not my usual coming from Florida :-) He did provide exceptional guidance on using the shower in the claw foot tub - brought back old memories from my first rental apt. The home has many unique elements from 100 years ago - definitely added to my enjoyment of a work trip!

In spite of having to deal with some plumbing issues, host John cleaned up sparkling clean just before we arrrived and everything worked well. This is such a well-stocked house with everything we needed and then some. The bedroom mattresses were so comfy and the art on the walls beautiful. The neighborhood was so quiet and the yard immaculately kept up. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The driveway is nice, just park in front of the house and walk in. Handy! Check-in was smooth. Lovely, vibrant house with great wood floors that felt very nice on bare feet. Nice sized rooms, well-balanced, happy and homey vibes. Our host was extremely responsive via texts. I’d stay here again!
