Sea La Vie - Just one block to beach and close walk to downtown!

You will love this charming 1920's bungalow. This home has undergone a complete renovation making it a very cozy and comfortable home to enjoy with friends and family. The home was built in 1924 and still retains the charm and character of homes built during that era. The home is over 1,700 sq. ft and features four bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, Double Bunk, and a twin), sleeps 10, two full baths, large living/dining area, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, tile floors, 55' flat screen smart TV with surround sound, DVD, cable TV, washer/dryer, WiFi and bicycles. There is security camera coverage of the front yard only. Although not ocean view, the home is in a very desirable South Seaside location just 250 feet from the beach and is a very easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Seaside has much to offer all age groups and this very comfortable home is a great location to experience it from.

NOTE: Stays from Memorial Day to Labor Day require a 5 night minimum, however, shorter blocks may be available. Cancellation policy is flexible. There is a no refund policy in the summer, however, owners will work with guests to reschedule or provide a refund for nights that are later filled by new bookings.

Great house very close to the beach

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. So close to the beach we walked there every night to watch the sunsets! It was very clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed.

the stay was very good. The house was very clean and fully stocked. We cooked a lot so were able to find almost everything needed. A short walk for the prom so were able to do our daily walk.

Great location!

We felt the location of this home was perfect as a base for exploring Astoria, Cannon Beach, Tillamook, Manzanita, Seaside and everything in between for our family’s weeklong vacation. We appreciated the very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We felt safe there and the home was comfortable for our group of five. We enjoyed the grill, outdoor fireplace for s’mores, and quality, clean patio furniture. Inside we appreciated all the pillows, blankets, and towels and all slept well. A few minor things were missing like a simple pair of scissors and chip clips, but everything else was readily available. Though we weren’t huge fans of the town of Seaside, this home was lovely and it definitely added to our vacation.

Perfect Getaway

The property is very clean and well maintained. Our family especially enjoyed the patio space in addition to gathering around the farm table. The VRBO photographs do not do this property Justice. It is much nicer and well laid out. It’s a short walk to everything. A perfect getaway.

We rented this home for a girls trip. The listing and pictures don't do a justice for this home. It's very clean and has everything you need. Decor and furnishings are spot on and very homey. 3 minute walk to the ocean, plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat and relax. Would definatly rent again! Communication was great as well.

We loved our stay at Lisa's. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and close to the beach and downtown. Definitely a great place to set up and then be able to get around to al lot of different sites. Highly recommended.
