Oceanfront Views from you Sliding door onto your oceanfront patio. Sit and enjoy your front row view of the magnificent Oregon sunset over the ocean.
Reclining living room furniture allows you to relax in comfort while you watch your favorite show on the flat screen tv. Spacious Queen beds allow you to stretch out and sleep in style so you can awake refreshed and ready for your day at the beach! There are 2 bathrooms (no waiting) one has a tub shower combo the other has a walk in shower.
Finally we get to the fully stocked kitchen. Stocked with everything needed to prepare a lovely meal for you and 5 guest. Cook and bakeware are provided along with service, flat and glassware. A drip style coffee pot will get your morning started (we supply the filters) you bring your favorite grind or shop at Seaside's famous Seaside Coffee Roasters. They're sure to have what it takes to get your day off on the right foot.
There is a coin op laundry available for all guest on the lower level. The code is in the white binder located in the condo.
Smoking is prohibited on this property (you may not smoke in the room, garage, parking lot, on the grass, on the balcony, patio or common areas.)

LOVELY!

Great lazy getaway...lots to do if one choses or eat, sleep and relax...Kitchen well equipped and unit has Keurig coffee maker so bring your pods!

Excellent Location

My husband, 14 year old son, and I stayed for the weekend. This condo fit our needs perfectly! Comfy beds (even the Murphy bed), good water pressure in the shower, everything we needed in the kitchen, and so convenient to walk to the beach or shopping! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

Great property and fantastic location! Everything in good order and love the nostalgic seaside art. Views of ocean ans walk out the back door to the beach. Owner had great communication and fast response. Would stay again for sure!

Overall nice place bigger than I thought and great location. Black out curtains in bedroom would have been better. The front door bottom was coming off. But nothing big great place. I would stay again.

Very clean and great location. Downsides is the condo is outdated and the internet did not work. It would constantly cut in and out. The TV in the bedroom was tiny.

On the beach, extremely clean, great place

You can’t beat the price for being on the ground floor and can walk right out to the the prom. Unit was very clean. Had cooking necessities but need to bring your own condiments. No biggie. Has some seasonings. If you’re looking for a modern, posh unit you’ll need to seek elsewhere and prob spend another $200/night. This condo met all of our needs. Beds very comfy. Can sit on the patio and still watch the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing beachfront property

This place was just perfect for my boyfriend and I’s stay! The price is unbeatable considering the location and access to nearby state parks. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

We loved our visit to Seaside!

This was a wonderful location, just a few steps to the beach. It was our first trip to the Pacific and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was the construction going on while we were there. The workers were respectful but they did leave there equipment on the patio. This was nothing the owners had control over. Great place to stay!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at 105! Being able to walk right out onto the promenade was such a bonus. We had family one evening for dinner. Our 3 grandkids had so much fun on the lawn. Cool breezes, morning coffee and watching the world go by on our deck. We will return. The unit was fully equipped and very comfy.

Anniversary Getaway

We had an enjoyable stay at our Seaside condo. It was convenient to the beach, the Promenade and Seaside's main street, serving us well during our stay. We also found the management folks to be exceedingly available and helpful, when we had to deal with an issue of lost license and credit cards. Kudos to the lical crew!
