    The Space:

    Seaside Classic Cottage is a beautifully renovated, turn-of-the-century home that offers the perfect Seaside location from which to explore the Northern Oregon Coast. This home is ideally located just one block from the South Promenade that runs along the ocean beach. You'll be only three blocks from the shops, restaurants, galleries, and arcades downtown, and two miles from the Tillamook Head National Recreation Trail - a great option for an afternoon hike. The town of Seaside also hosts a number of beloved events each year, including the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament, a sandcastle contest, and a kite festival.



    The front room features a cozy brick fireplace where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite book; the updated, modern kitchen opens up to a well-appointed family room with an entertainment center and French doors that lead to a wonderfully landscaped backyard. When you return home from the beach each afternoon, store your bikes in the detached recreation room and settle in for a family Ping-Pong tournament.

Great beachy home with historical feel for our 3-day family getaway! The gathering spaces were great - especially the fireplace room and ping-pong table! Loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown fun! Definitely recommend this property!

Upstairs toilet was clogged on arrival, which was causing a small leak in the kitchen. Called and plumber came out to unclog toilet, but we did not use the rest of trip because if leak. this was not really an inconvenience to us but hopefully gets fixed before next guest. Overall, the house was great, conveniently located and had all amenities we needed.

Adorable Seaside cottage

This house is so cute and roomy. Better than the pictures and nicely decorated with beach touches everywhere. It’s just around the corner from the beach and walkable to the shops. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and put together two around the fireplace while we were there. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our group of seven, four adults and three children had a lovely stay. The home was spacious for everyone to be comfortable and the house was in a wonderful location, a block from the beach and a short walk into town. House had everything we needed. Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We had such a nice stay. This is an updated historic home with tons of charm & space. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom fixtures were new and the yard was lovely. Great location and ample parking. The only negative comment I have is that the couches lack support and need replacement.

The house is even more lovely in person! It is immaculate and so comfortable. We walked everywhere, cars didn’t leave the driveway. I would definitely go back and highly recommmend!

Top-notch location

The location for this charming home is wonderful - close to the beach and the downtown area. We enjoyed the ping pong table, used a provided cart to haul bonfire materials to the beach, and found the kitchen well provisioned. We spent time at nearby Ecola State Park, Astoria and Cannon Beach. We especially loved the beautiful yard and having gates on both front and back areas to keep our grandsons corralled safely.

We enjoyed our stay at this Seaside property, steps to the beach, within a short walk to downtown. House had everything we needed to relax. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom’s were stocked with ample towels & the showers had great water pressure. The beach wagon was very helpful to carry chairs & firewood to the beach. Just Adorable

Absolutely adorable just doesn’t describe it! It accommodates 3 couples with lots of room to spare. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and one block from the beach boardwalk. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, we had lots of laughs!

Great time at the beach

The house was clean, neat and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a little problem with the gas stove and the downstairs shower did not work at all. There was a mixup on our days but it was resolved easily. The location of the house was perfect. A downstair master would have been nice as one member has MS and the stairs were challenging for her and a couple of other members. It's a beautiful home.
