"Hotel was walking distance to the sandy beach/ocean. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and cozy. It was a treat to find this location and at a reasonable price considering the area. Close to the tourist shopping area and restaurants. Will stay again if in this area. "

"I know the property is in renovation so noise was ok Pool and Hot tub could have been cleaner Lots of sand and grim on sides around water edge Temp of water in both pool and hot tub very good Even though its in renovation be sure all rooms being rented out and in great condition and not needing small repairs or maintenance ie faucets aerators on faucets drapes hanging doors sticking carpets very dirty. Even though we experienced some of these we will return Staff was very friendly and accomedating"

"Great location on prom and beach with beautiful views from room. Property has no amenities, restaurant was under construction but is a short walk from center of town, and still quiet. Would be nice if hotel offered beach chairs and umbrellas Rooms need black out curtains, shades offer privacy but hard to sleep in when sunrises at 5AM. Otherwise, nice pkace"

"Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!"
