Perfect family vacation!

This home had everything we needed for the perfect vacation at the Shore, from an outdoor shower to beach tags to a well-stocked kitchen and grill. The location couldn't be beat, and my kiddos loved easy access to the rides, arcade, and water park. When we needed a break from all the excitement of the boardwalk, we reclined on the roof deck. Liana was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We're all counting down the days until next summer!

A perfect vacation!

Perfect! Everything was simply perfect. The house was perfect, the location was perfect and our host was beyond perfect. She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home in their amazing house. Our kids were so excited to stay at the house. Plenty of room and it was decorated beautifully for the beach. We didn't want to go home! We can't thank you enough and we will be back!

Perfect location, immaculate property, fantastic host

This property is in an ideal location for Seaside Heights. Everything within walking distance. As soon as you enter the property, it is obvious that the owners put their heart into setting up the place for the guests. From little notes to it being extremely clean. The host kept in touch to make sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was just perfect.

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

I can't say enough good things about this lovely home or its owner. If you're a person who insists on a clean comfortable environment, this place will fit the bill. And the location.....2 blocks from the beach and Boardwalk!!!! Once we arrived, we didn't need to drive anywhere. The rooftop deck was where we hung out most of the time....we watched the fireworks from there and listened to the concert on the Boardwalk the last night we were there. As far as keeping my grand boys busy, between the waterpark, beach, and Boardwalk, they were never bored. The owner Liana was the perfect host....she checked with us via text to make sure we were okay daily and was very responsive with questions and requests. If you want an amazing vacation, this is the place!!!

Nightmare hosts

We left to the emergency room for chest pains a few hours after check in. Agent never met for ID verification because security system installed the day before our stay. They watched us all day. They saw teens and panicked!!! One hour after the adults left for ER, property manager walked into the house without alerting us "looking for vacuum" falsely accusing us of teenaged drinking, etc. She harassed my grandson by saying his grandma deserved to be in the hospital. The cops came and left due to no violations. (The owners left opened used food in fridge/freezer and opened bottles of liquor in kitchen cabinet.) The owners showed up, screaming that "this is a holy house that was blessed." The unhinged owners scared my adult friends that were in the house since we were still in the ER, so my friends called the cops. The cops video called me in the ER to see that we were not lying. We were then asked to leaving the property based solely on the owner wanted us going because she said we violated the house rules. The police said he had to because it was a short term rental, but did not see us violating and of their town ordinances. We were given 2 hours to get out, while the owners were seen enjoying their property all weekend. We have requested body came video and police report to attempt getting refunded. This was the quick version of what happened. I would never recommend anyone renting this house.
