"Our room was located on the first floor, directly facing the parking area. Unfortunately, the window blinds were broken, which made it difficult to maintain privacy, as anyone outside could see into the room when the lights were on. Several lamps in the room were not working. There was also a strong unpleasant odor, possibly from the cleaning products used on the floors. In addition, there was significant noise outside the room until around 2:00 AM, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"What a bait and switch! The pictures on the Expedia site is not the rooms there. The manager was rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and the second floor outside doors don't lock. Very unsafe. The "pool" is the size of a puddle and dirty. We didn't stay. Fighting to get a refund. Buyer beware."
