The space
Newly built 5 Bedroom 3 Full Bath home

Perfect Family friendly home with open spacious layout. Less than a mile walk to the beach. Conveniently located on the bay side with access to the pay, canal, and many beaches in either direction. Great for summer outdoor gatherings for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful view of sunrise / sunset.

Ground level offers a gravel area with enough parking for 2 cars and street parking for 2 more cars. This area is ideal for outdoor gathering and offers a grill and seating to enjoy the summer air.

First floor features open concept living room/kitchen with walk out deck, sectional couch, kitchen, breakfast bar, full bath and bedroom with twin bed and pull out day bed.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a twin with a pullout day bed, third bedroom has a full bed with a walk out balcony with views of the bay, fourth bedroom has a day bed and a pullout bed.

The outdoor living space consist of a covered deck, gravel gathering area, outdoor shower. The gravel area has a gas grill, seating areas and string lights to enjoy the summer nights.

House is equipped with keyless entry pad for your convenience.

*** bed sheets, pillowcases, comforter, towels, hand towels "WILL NOT" be provided to guests. Guest to bring their own. Owner will provide pillows, small quilts. Please pack as needed.

Beautiful property and neighborhood

This bay side home in Ortley Beach is modern, nicely furnished, and in a great neighborhood. The house is large with 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan, and plenty of deck space. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we had gorgeous sunset views from the porches every evening. The kitchen was well-equipped, and Matt was a great communicator. We highly recommend!

Treasured family memories at the Jersey Shore

Our entire family spent a week at this beautiful home, and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house was everything we expected and more - a thoughtful gift basket awaited us when we arrived. The neighborhood was perfect for three young grandchildren to take walks, ride their scooters, and ride their bikes. We went to the beach every day, and it was as lovely as we remembered. Beach passes were a big help; thank you! The beds were comfy and clean, plenty of room for the grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren....plus the pups! Especially loved the first floor deck; our dog Charley even had friendly neighbors saying hello to him as the took their walks. What a gem! Thanks for everything, Matt!
