* SPECIAL NOTES- 1) Booking weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Guests check in after 3pm Saturday and check out before 10am the following Saturday. 2) Linens & towels are not provided- there are local companies that can provide these services for a fee if needed and can be searched for on the Internet. Totally new renovated apartment 1/2 block from the ocean. Amenities include- 3bedrooms, 1.5 baths, sleeper sofa, free wifi, outdoor shower, stackable washer/dryer, paver patio with large backyard and storage shed, 2 new patio sets (1 seats 8, the other seats 4), beach badges and off-street parking with driveway for 3-4 cars.

Very nice house

My family loved this house. It’s very spacious and inviting. All the amenities worked great. Fans in all the rooms and blinds to close for privacy or shade when needed. It was close enough to the beach that we got that nice breeze. We were able to walk to the fresh seafood market and Barnacle Bills. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Place

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Marc's first-floor rental. The apartment is nicely laid-out and was spotless when we arrived. The washer-dryer and outdoor shower made dealing with sandy beachwear much easier. The location was fantastic: 1/2 block to beach and walking distance to a number of stores and shops. We're looking forward to a return visit to Ortley Beach.

Great week in Ortley

The location was great and the place was better looking in person. Marc communicated with us promptly. The bike lanes and Bay Blvd were really nice for biking. Lavalette shops, restaurants and beach all were walkable and we didn’t use our car much at all. Great vacation

The property was in a good location. Convenient 1/2 block to beach and Main Street. Well appointed house. Good communication with owner, responsive. Beds are firm, felt springs, recommend to pack extra bedding, mattress pads, etc. Could be cleaner, dusty, ants around and in property, treated with raid.
