"This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort

8/10 Good

"The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"Bathroom smelled like mold. When you pull open the shower curtain there was mold across the bottom and mold on the ceiling. The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good and kid approved. They changed it up every couple of days. The hotel design and feel is old, but to be expected for old buildings and was not a problem. The location and view was great."

"Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon."

"The staff were amazing from questions at booking to check in an checking out. Even though we were close to the highway it was very quiet, the people in the morning woke us up above us but that's normal. They wanted to get up and get going also. breakfast was okay normal for continental breakfast. Will stay here again bed was really comfortable"
