"1 night stay at Heber Springs. Room was very nice. Beds very comfy. Size nice for a family of 4. Bathroom large and lots of counter space. Nice sitting area in room as well. Pool was great, on the smaller size but perfect to relax by. "

"This motel is a little worn. It's the best economy deal in town. If you need extra electrical plugin's bring a power strip. My wife and I have CPAP machines and hearing aids that need charging. Bed is comfortable. A/C works great, especially since temps have been close to 100 degrees. The Ice maker was broken when we stayed this time but the new one should be in by now. Management very friendly. "

Unique designs, awesome experience, and well kept property considering its delicacies. The master bed seemed new, but not king size as I thought advertiaed. "It was a perfect setup for what we were in town for. We were mainly at the Dam Site with family either swimming or hanging out with the family at their campsites. We needed a place to sleep and shower. The kids loved that there was an Xbox and snacks!"
