However they sorted it all out on the spot and upgraded our room and gave us drink vouchers and we even got a partial refund. Excellent service ..."

"Lovely hotel by the beach. Very friendly staff. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade which was lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We used the pool and Spa facilities which we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would certainly stay again ..."

"Great little room for a quick stay for 2. There were no issues with the shared bathroom. Very simple stay with a lovely view of Dover Castle. However, there wasn't a proper pen for the check-in/check-out log. Other than that, it was a very easy stay. I'd definitely come back."
